yes they are a bit higher this year but look at it this way it is a small price to pay to have fresh produce, i wish there was a place locally where all corbin residents could go and set up their own areas to sale the produce that some of us grow in our own backyards kind of like a small yard sale type produce sale. know what i mean? i personally grow too many tomatoes every year and i make homemade salsa, sauce, and stewed tomatoes that i can i would love to sell these things myself, any ideas how i can do this please????
think about this

Uhh, Space key, it's the long one at the bottom of your keyboard. It is to be used at the end of a sentence, after the period. You really need to go over your post before you send them so you don't look like such an idiot when correcting someone else.

That would be wonderful! Also if we had some place to have a farmer's market! Our local farmers could make alot of money!

You can go to the Extension Office off the 1st Williamsburg exit on Saturdays. They let local farmers sell their produce. 1st W'burg exit turn right and its on the left after the gas stations. They stay open till everybody sells their stuff. The building use to be a funeral home, but I can't think of the name of the funeral home.
yes yep

I have always had a garden, but this year the arthritis is just too much....would love some white half runners, corn, tomatoes, squash etc.
I wish Corbin had a place for the farmers instead of driving to Williamsburg. I know they tried to have a farmer's market at the tech center, but it didin't work out. Where is our mainstreet manager on this one? Why couldn't Nibroc park be utilized one day a week for this?
Just so ya know

Peach Corner gets some of their produce from some of these local farmers. I live out the falls road and stop by hart to hart farmers market. Cheaper than Peach Corner and is just as good/same as-but fresher.....

stop by there, you on't be disappointed.

And grammer-police, if I messed up, please don't correct me....

Umm...it is grammar, not grammer. Common mistake. Not being critical or mean. Some people like to know these things, OK? Have a good day!
