They cut all there part time workers down to 5 days a month, then turn around an hire more, what the Hell, do the not have any Morels? I wouldn't advise anyone even try to get a job there, you'd just be wasting your time. Their Management sucks Big time.'Just Saying...

well you must be Full time Right? Cause you would probably be complaining if you started out with 30 some hours a week an we're cut down to only 5 days A Month, an in the mean time they hire more. It makes no sense, for Real!! It's hard to pay bills with that many hours.

my grandmother was in that really bad place so many years ago... It was a place that I had not seen before.. they let residents there eat their paper milk cartons.. and the smell was so bad.. was like pee and lysol mixed together.. so why would you be upset about working there.. there are others.. so do that to pay your bills..

I can see that there are alot of good workers there right now, at least on the wing I work. I myself, break my back and work my butt off taking care of your all's family members. I refuse to not treat them the way they need to be treated, I look at them as if they're my family!
So just because there has been or is some bad workers there, doesn't mean we all are!

I have done private duty out there several times. My mom was a nurse there as well in the past. My daughter is a nurse out there now. And like all nursing homes they have some workers who r on the lazy side but I think they do pretty good with their residents. I've certainly seen much worse.

I feel sorry for anyone that has been put in that place. I never met one person that actually cared while my mother was in there. They even lost a patient while I was visiting my mother one day. This place is where people go to work when no one else is hiring.

I can assure you that I care. I'm a good worker and I fully believe that every person in there deserves to be treated with the upmost respect.

You have to be a new employee. Give it a little time and you will be just like the rest. Sorry, but it's true.

You Never did answer my Question, you are Full Time Right? I'm not trying to trash the place, cause in my opinion HillCrest is one of the nicer Homes I've seen. My Point is: if you have employees who work hard an do there job, why in the world are you gonna cut their Hours down to 5 DAYS a month an turn around a Hire more people? This makes me Furious! That's why I say the Management Sucks!

You care now, because it is all new to you. You probably looked for a job for quite a while and once you get tired of working you will be just like the rest.

No. Actually I had just had my licenses for like 1 week and went there because it's closest to my house, and no I highly doubt I will ever get tired of my job. Some people I don't know why they do that kind of work, when they don't care. But that's the difference between me and the others, I CARE!

Oh trust me, you will get tired of your job. It always happens when you work for a living. You get tired of missing out on things with your husband and family.Or you get fed up with the supervisors attitudes. It will happen. So if you care so much, would you go work if you were not getting paid, just because you care about people?

yes I would work there without getting paid. I love taking care of people, that's just who I am.

Don't you know it is wrong to tell lies? If you would work for free, then why didn't you tell them this when you were hired? You are hilarious.

Hey Current Employee...Are you still loving taking care of people so much that you would do it for free?
