This has to disprove the Adam and Eve story. Since that can't be true, the old testament can't be credible. No one can answer this question: who was Cain's wife? When he was sent away after killing his brother, where the heck did the wife come from??! Supposedly there were 3 sons that Adam and Eve had - Cain being one of them. True there may have been daughters that weren't mentioned, but if there was sibling incest the species wouldn't have survived due to genetic defects. Someone please give me your views on this because it seems to prove the whole thing is a farse.

I have been asking this question for years. There was suppose to be only Adam and Eve and they have Cain and Abel and the Bible says they take a wife but where does the wife come from???Unless they are taking their own..That seems to be the thing through out the Old Testament..Not sure so do not quote me on that..Its only my opinion. That question still hasnt been answered for me by anyone. Please when you find out that answer come back and let me know..Thank you..

Two possibilities.
1: The sixth day creation story.
2: The whole book is a load of crap.
You can decide for yourself.

I guess one way of looking at it is that Adam was the first man and then God made Eve for Adam to have a mate. Maybe this process continued and God made others later on. Maybe the apes had evolved to walk upright by then and Cain took one of them for a wife.lol

Trying to guess what God did is nearly impossible because so many early writings pertaining to God and his word have been removed or destroyed.

Even the original King James Bible was edited and 11 books were removed.

Using the "Christian biblical cannon" It would have had to be one of his sisters. Looking a bit deeper than that however, It would have been Lilith or one of Lilith's daughters.

"but if there was sibling incest the species wouldn't have survived due to genetic defects"

That's not true, Many tend to overlook the fact that Adam and Eve didn't have a (genetic) flesh mother and father. So, Incest never existed or was a problem AT that point in time with any of THEIR children.

Incest wasn't a health problem if you will until the fallen angels. And if you'll notice "God" didn't forbid incest until AFTER the flood.

God made the 6th day creation, all races. They were in the land of nod. Cain met her there.

"God" has always existed. Yes, that is a lot for a human mind to wrap itself around...

Then again, It was proposed once that "God" was given by someone or something else full control of this particular section of the universe.

I wouldn't trust anything that came from that site. I have been to the creation museum, and it is one of the dumbest experiences one can have.

But on a serious note, What was so bad about it?

Well, to name a few things....

1. They are teaching that ALL prehistoric(I am using the term "prehistoric" very loosely, because according to the description they give, no such times existed that were prehistoric) animals where vegetarians.

2. They still use quotes, and ideas from people like Ray Comfort. Everyone knows the "Banana" argument, and everyone should remember when Mr. Comfort was shown the error in this theory. To give him credit, he did admit that he had been wrong(in a way). The creation museum still uses this theory.

3. Cost of admission....
Creationism museum:$22-$25
Smithsonian: Free....

4. They have an entire exhibit that focuses on how "Christians" are alienated, and in a sense "tortured" by the overwhelming number of atheist, Catholics, Buddhist, Hindus, that have all the positions of authority in the US.

5. If you are caught talking of evolution in a positive light, or if one of the numerous, armed security guards feel that you aren't a true "Christian" based on clothing, statements, posture, or grouping, you will be escorted out.

I usually don't get angry when people honestly can't understand something, but it is infuriating when so much money is spent to flat out spread lies....

The only truth, that I was able to find in the entire building, was a small red sign that said "EXIT" over a door.

I find some religious people extremely intelligent. It was dumb, because it is simply an exercise in telling lies to the masses, and people do exist who simply don't have the intelligence to know how bad they are being lied to.

They are simply taking advantage of the uneducated, to make a buck. I enjoyed my time there, it showed me that, no matter how "stupid" I think someone is, someone will always beat them....

Come on, T-Rex, Great white sharks, Crocodiles, Raptors, Lions, Tigers, snakes, Orca..... All vegetarian? Really?
