I ave a friend who works at brmc and has for a very long time. they come home crying at least once a week and gets upset and cries often at work. they are a very good worker but the boss just bullies and bullies, probably because this person does not kiss butt. the boss rams god down your throat but treats everyone horribly but a very few choice ones who do kiss butt. we have sexual harrassment and bullying in school so why are they not help responsible for workplace bullying. help CEO

If you all would work instead of staying in the bathroom or on your cell phones then maybe the boss wouldnt get upset, remember the boss also has a boss who he reports to and when they send your sorry butt home then you can go stand in the unemployment line. enjoy it while you can, because changes are coming.

Start with Security then. Make them patrol instead of hiding until a ER or Psych calls.

Smoke free campus is a joke, everyone smokes outside the ER by the steps where the construction dumpster is. Maybe if Security patrolled like they should, it would truly be a smoke free campus.

The only time I've seen them is when the CEO made them come outside and watch for employees parking in surgery. They have to be ordered to do anything, they sure aren't going to do it on their own.

You can file a complaint with OSHA. If it’s affecting your mental health, OSHA can drop a bomb on the company you work for. I would at least go above my bosses head and mention to his boss that if something is not done you’re going to call OSHA. I don't know of a company that wants OSHA snooping around. I hope this helps.
