Vangent- Ex employee

I worked for Vangent for a long time. First of all they treat all employees Bad- Becky Patterson is 2 faced, but I would say she just follows orders- that is if she doesn't make them up as she goes-or her boss Mr Mac Curtis he should be told how its being run, again that is if he isn't the one telling Becky how to run his company in corbin. the call center is run very poorly- PHI lays everywhere and WFM, give me a break, Scott hasn't a clue how to run things. every upper management started at Datatrac and they think their sh*t dont stink. acting like they know how to run a call center. when in fact they are hillbilly's themselves-learning as they go. then try to tell all the other supervisors @csr's how to act- when and what to do. I remember when it was a good place to work but now its run down. they screw anyone over and simply could care less. back biting, going to employees trying to get any dirt they can on anyone so they can fire them, in the name of being a good management. Please.... when Becky patterson gets fired and they find out how she runs her "call center" Mac Curtis will piss his pants- she has no clue what she needs to do. she started out as a CSR at Datarac then got promoted and it went to her head. shes had a manager high FAR TOO LONG, she came straight out of highschool with no experience, then gets promoted one position at a time then she treats everyone like shes some God Dam* Miracle worker,she even asked me how she should handle things on many occasions. simply put, she dont know either, she's just a local girl that has seemingly made it with a big company,and piss on anyone that is under her, Am I sore with Vangent- absofuqkinglutely. I dont wish anything bad to any fellow co workers or CSR's but I will say SOME of the management and lets not forget HR these people need to get off their HIGH HORSE and get a fuqking life.and let me add to those same "High Riders" you too will be on the unemployement line someday. and it may bad to say- But I hope you Rot in H*ll and have it so f*king bad you loose everything you have and i Curse you to have no hope. Maybe just Maybe you'll wish to God you got off your "High Horse" and remember where you came from, and that being "The Mountains" you just got lucky @ being in the Place or "role your in" to all the other CSR's superviosrs- you know you all work hard at what you do. dont let them fuck with you, cause they will if you let them. I would call ethics, email them, whatever it takes. because if they followed the "law" it would be runned etirely different, because OSHA would have a field day. Bottom Line Vangent is a job- Managment @ HR they truly know its a paycheck- that alot of people need, not many people Buck the system. but sometimes enough is Enuff. what comes around goes around.

Hey, Ex you are so right. The whole place reaks of incoherent stupid losers that pretend they have the skills to run Vangent. Most of them do not have the skills to work on the back of a trash truck. I will only be there until I am fired and you know the rules change about every fifteen seconds so who knows from day-to-day if you still have a job with the company. I have said a thing or two to Mac and he does not care enough to do anything. I know some brown-noser will dispute what I am saying, but the truth is the truth.

Supervisors and quality and management get together and if you have pissed anyone off they plot on how to get rid of you. Please! If you ever worked for that company you would see all the subterfuge that the 'so-called management' uses on the workers. Beware when the staff calls together a focus meeting to ask what you think because no one cares and this is just a way to get black-listed. I hope someone in that sorry company is reading this. You know who you are and now you know what most of the CSR's think of of you.

It is a sweat shop and should be a crime the way employees are treated. Upper management clearly lacks the skills to run the place. Becky is too busy getting her nails done and Euna is too busy going to the tanning bed - both on company time. If a CSR needs to use the restroom that is a crime. I understand both women claim to be christians --notice I said claim and I don't worship the same God they do. Doubt seriously that Mac Curtis cares what they do unless CMS were to investigate some of the things that happen there and pull the contract. They don't even really care about the Medicare Beneficiaries because they say "don't offer any extra information" so you would fail a call for offering extra information you know the person needs. But let a supervisor get it in for you and they will make up lies and send you out the door. They are not only incompetent but they are mentally sick. I've heard about a former employees group forming but I have not been contacted. You couldn't understand unless you worked there.
