I understand most of your grievances listed here. There are employees that suck. But there are employees that are very commited to the customers that come in our stores. I am in Texas so I am not familiar with the store ya'll are referring to. But you have to admit that there are customers that are too needy. We are not personal shoppers and these tend to be the ones that burn us out at times. And as far as loading items, we are more than willing. But if your capable you need to help yourselves. I personally loaded 20 40# bags of concrete while two grown men just watched. And Im a woman. Just sayin... the judgement swings both ways. Lowes employees are not all the same just as all customers are not the same. If you have a legitamit(sp?) complaint call corporate. It will be taken care of.

The employees of the lowes store in corbin and somerset both run from customers needing assistance simply because the managers of those stores Let them get away with it. Nothing more.
If you want to blame somebody blame the store managers. If you complain be sure to mention the store managers. It is ultimately their responsibility

They don't have to answer your questions. Lowe's is a self-serve business..
