New glasses can always be a problem.
Could be the adjustment, etc.
Could be a wrong prescription.

Is the guys name Dana? If so, then yeah, I've had problems with him. The exam didnt even take 5 minutes and then he says that I don't need glasses and I work with computers all day.. I even tried a pair of reading glasses and i cant see out of them. But yeah my mom had the same trouble out of her glasses. She got them and cant see good out of them

Yes new glass are usually a problem with people that don't understand they can be a challenge... Glare has nothing to do a the all! Can you see "glasses?" If so, then the exam was fine. They offer a anti-glare film for the lenses, maybe next spend the extra? It works great once you're use to it. I go there and have NEVER had an issue.

Same problem here. 5 minute exam, and now I still have trouble seeing out of my new glasses. I wont go back there, maybe to Williamsburg or London, but not that place.

It goes back to "you get what you pay for". I have had problems with my sight since I was younger and require some testing on a yearly basis, my actual exam starts at about $90 to $100 before any of the testing. I don't have vision insurance, so it comes out of my pocket, but when I leave I have the right strength in contacts and lenses for my glasses that I wear at night.

It sounds as if there are several complaints on this specific location and sounds like a few people just got lucky!

I dont know if I should take them back or have them fix the perscription, I am just really upset that I spend 200 dolalrs for nothing.
