Needing a room mate

I am looking for someone to rent my extra bedroom from me and help with the bills. I am looking for someone that is neat and clean, dosent smoke or drink or use drugs. I have a 2 bedroom house and all the bills are included in the price of $400 a month. That includes gas, water & electric, phone,cable and internet. I have a washer and dryer and new appliances. I am a single male but would consider a female roomate just because women seem to be more dependable.

It really isnt about that at all. I am about to loose my house folks. I dont want to live on the street and need a roomate. I lost my job the first of the year and even though I am working now I am not making enough to pay the bills. My schedual wont allow me to get another job on the side so I need help. Please take this serious and dont joke around. Also I dont want any smokers or drinkers. I have very clean and decent furniture and dont want it to smell like smoke. Also, I already havean extra bed in the room so all you would need is your personal belongings.

I will be doing a background check on all intereted and there will be a lease agreement to sign. I wont hold anyone to a certain time period but will require 1st and last months rent in advance. It still isnt that bad because everyone asks for that and here there is no deposits to pay for electric,gas,water,cable,phone , or internet.

Thanks for the concern, but I aint telling anything on here but the basics. I have set up a private e-mail for the responses and have talked to a lawyer friend who said he would do the criminal background checks and write up the agreement.

I know who you are and I really apprecieate your concern. It means alot.

i am need of a place to live. i have a good job and money to pay rent now. i am very depandable and honest. i just moved here from somerset it was too long of a drive to work for me. im staying with a close friend right now. please reply maybe we could meet somewhere and talk it over.
