how to get someone fired

any suggestions??? or any other ways to make someones life a living hell or any revenge tactics all suggestions are appreciated...and before i get all the negative comments trust me this pursuit is well deserved and this person has had it coming for a long time

Yes they can you can accuse them of that and assault with no proof what so ever trust me. You can really go accuse anyone of anything in the state of KY. The way it was explained to me you can have a warrant put out on someone for stealing your ham sandwich when really it was a turkey sandwich and you ate it. Get what I mean.

Thanks for all the info and as far as the ignorant negative comment from slenderman..dont attempt to talk about something you know nothing about this certainly has nothing to do with any kind romantic relationship and no the person does not have children to support the only thing they have to support are their habits and as i stated previously the person did something way worse than just making someone lose their job...there actions were a sad attempt at destroying family's and ruining someone for the rest of their life so i think they would be getting off easy by just losing their job. As far as i am concerned this is their evil doing coming back on them.

Try my position. I am a manager, I have an employee that has sent me to false labor 3 times in the past 2 months due to stress, that ignores any requests that I may have, argues everything, and is generally sexist. He is combative towards any of the female employees, lies to my customers, and even has some of them thinking he is an owner of the store. I write the schedule and every week I struggle to give him shifts because most of my staff refuses to work with him due to issues they have had. This man is toxic and the only reason why he is still employed.. He is friends with the owner.

Your only hope is for the other employees to put their complaints in writing about this person.....not you. They will have the labor board on their side if they get fired. Keep copies of everything

*well said*. I was just thinking what you stated! Yes some people get off to easy and there really bad people ...it's time we take a stand to show bad people that they need to pay for there evil doings. Because a lot of authorities and individuals let bad people off the hook because there are manipulated by the person from all there lies and pretending to be innocent. I feel you!

vengence is yours,you will repay,is that it?This person tried to get someone you care about on drugs or in bed,one of the 2,as angry as you are ,sounds like they suceeded,move on,it takes 2 They couldn't have did it unless the other party wanted it,or it would be rape and they'd be in jail.

first off know your labor laws...see if you even have to give him more than 1 hour per week, in tennessee we dont......and if the owner dont like it take them to the booard with him
