The Obamacare lipstick is wearing off.
‘Are they going to have to start over?’ CBS’ Bob Schieffer grills Dem governor over Obamacare
CBS reporter Bob Schieffer lambasted Obamacare in an interview with Maryland Democratic Gov. Martin O’Malley on Sunday, saying the law “does not appear to work” and asking the governor if the Obama administration is “going to have to start over.”
O’Malley appeared on CBS’“Face the Nation” to discuss where his state stands on implementing Obamacare. But Schieffer seemed more interested in complaining about the healthcare law itself.
“One of the things that does not appear to work, or has had a hard time even getting off the — off the floor, getting started, is the president’s healthcare plan,” Schieffer began.“There’s no other way to look at it: this roll out was a disaster. Where are you on that, and how much do you think that’s going to hurt Democrats?”

If Obamacare Is So Bad, Why Can’t The Right Wingers Find Real Losers Under Obamacare?
Republicans have trying to scare voters with stories about people who are losers under the Affordable Care Act. They mention them in speeches, run ads about them, and put them on Fox. Each and every time this has happened reporters checking into the facts found that rather than being losers the people turned out to actually be benefiting from Obamacare. Each and every time. Considering how hard they are trying to show that Obamacare is terrible, you would think that if there are actual losers out there they would find some.
The latest case, which is quite typical of all the others, is put out by Americans For Prosperity in Michigan and makes these claims:
“I was diagnosed with leukemia. I found out I only have a 20 percent chance of surviving. I found this wonderful doctor and a great health care plan. I was doing fairly well fighting the cancer, fighting the leukemia, and then I received a letter. My insurance was canceled because of Obamacare. Now, the out-of-pocket costs are so high, it’s unaffordable. If I do not receive my medication, I will die. I believed the president. I believed I could keep my health insurance plan. I feel lied to. It’s heartbreaking for me. Congressman Peters, your decision to vote Obamacare jeopardized my health.”
Glenn Kessler looked into the facts. Once again it turned out that the claims were false. The Republicans are lying yet again.
The patient was able to obtain a plan which her doctor participated in. Her premiums are significantly lower, offsetting the higher out of pocket expenses. She also could have purchased a plan with higher premiums and lower out of pocket expenses. Compared with her previous plan, the new plan not only has lower premiums and an out-of-pocket maximum, it has better coverage for chemotherapy.
With the right wing groups repeatedly having to lie to make claims that people are being hurt under Obamacare, it has come to the point where Kevin Drum writes he is “beginning to think there’s not actually a single person in America who’s been harmed by Obamacare.” If there were, you would think that the right wing groups would be able to come up with real examples.

Even Democratic supporter Sen. John McCain laughs at serial liar Susan Rice's denials of Obama administration Benghazi fabrications.
Is anyone in the Obama administration NOT a shameless liar?
‘I’m almost speechless’: McCain laughs at Susan Rice’s ‘embarrassing’ Benghazi denial
Arizona Republican Sen. John McCain scoffed at National Security Adviser Susan Rice’s Sunday statement that she regrets nothing about her misleading Benghazi talking points, saying he was “almost speechless” and that her continued deflection is “a little embarrassing, to tell you the truth.”
McCain appeared on CBS’“Face the Nation” Sunday to discuss the apparent revolution in Ukraine. But host Bob Schieffer also asked the senator about Rice’s assertion that any claim of a deliberate misrepresentation of the attack — by her or others in the administration — was “patently false.”
“I’m almost speechless,” a laughing McCain responded.“because it’s patently obvious, first of all, that Susan Rice had no reason to be on the program. She had no involvement in it. Second of all, she read talking points — that we are now beginning to believe came from the White House — which were absolutely false. We now know that the CIA station chief on the ground sent a message immediately saying,‘Not — NOT — a spontaneous demonstration.’”
“And of course the information was totally misleading, totally false,” McCain added.“And for Susan Rice to say such a thing — I think it’s a little embarrassing, to tell you the truth.”

1.Benghazi... You're kidding right? There's been umpteen investigations including those by Darrell Issa and we've got no evidence of a deliberate cover-up or lie. In fact we've got the exact opposite from an in depth investigation by the New York Times!
2.ObamaCare... if the greatest lie is simply that the president didn't tell those with junk insurance that they won't be able to keep their plans then I for one am willing to live with that... and compared to actual self-serving lies told by Presidents before Obama I'm sure that the healthcare thing won't rate a blip in history..
3.Inability to forge consensus with Republicans? You're not even remotely serious. The Republicans need to forge a consensus with themselves first. They have to arrive at a mature adult consensus within their own ranks. In case you haven't noticed the Republican have decided to do nothing for the rest of the year (it's only February and the Repubs are done for the year) because they cannot agree on anything. The most do-nothing congress in the history of the republic... they couldn't even pass a farm bill! Laughable.
4. No Budget... The speaker ran away from a grand bargain. The poor guy couldn't get his side to agree to a deal that Democrats absolutely hated...
5. On Syria... you're just clutching at straws. The Chemical weapons are being destroyed as we speak without a single American missile being fired or American live lost. Some failure.
For the rest... you've got nothing. All the figures you quote are down to GW Bush's rank incompetence in starting an expensive war, cutting taxes, implement a big medicare plan that wasn't paid for and then crashing the economy. When the President took over we were shedding jobs like no man's business, the banking system was about to crash, the housing market was pretty much dead... all have been turned around without an ounce of help from the Republicans... in fact by implementing sequestration at the time of still fragile recovery they made things worse! That's before we factor in the government closure!!
All I can say is WOW!

What FOX NEWS didn't want to tell this story when it happened, now they focus on Benghazi.....
Updated 3/2/2006 9:30:23 PM ET
KARACHI, Pakistan — A suicide attacker rammed a car packed with explosives into a vehicle carrying an American diplomat in Pakistan’s largest city, killing four people — including the diplomat — ahead of President Bush’s visit to Pakistan.
Bush condemned the attack near the U.S. Consulate and a luxury hotel in Karachi, and said “terrorists and killers” would not prevent him from going to Pakistan on the final leg of his tour of South Asia.
“We have lost at least one U.S. citizen in the bombing, a foreign service officer, and I send our country’s deepest condolences to that person’s loved ones and family,” Bush said at a news conference in neighboring India , without naming the diplomat.
The American was identified by Pakistan officials as David Foy, Reuters reported. His driver, a Pakistani working for the consulate, and a Pakistani paramilitary trooper in the attack were also killed. A fourth body has not been identified, but police suspect it to be that of a suicide bomber.
Now back to FOXED news with Sean Hannity and the Benghazi scandal..........take it away Sean !

Barack Hussein Obama is the Bernie Madoff of government, smiling and glad-handing while lifting your wallet.
Obama’s ‘attack’ on Medicare Part D
The Obama administration is launching an “attack” on the Medicare Advantage and Medicare Part D programs as part of Obamacare that will result in higher costs and fewer health care options for seniors, according to a U.S. House subcommittee.
The administration is quietly introducing “policies that would undermine the integrity and success of the Medicare Part D program” according to the subcommittee. President Bush signed Medicare Part D into law in 2003 to subsidize prescription drug costs for Medicare beneficiaries.

School Districts Limiting Substitute Hours in N.C. Because of Obamacare
February 25, 2014
In school districts across North Carolina, substitute teachers are having their work time cut below 30 hours a week to save school districts from having to pay for their health insurance under the new Obamacare mandates, WITN-NC reports.
“We’ve got a good number of subs who have come to rely on substituting as their primary source of income,” Brock Letchworth of Pitt County Schools said.“Unfortunately when you cut hours you know you’re affecting their livelihood. It’s not something we want to do but it’s something that we’re forced to do because of these mandates that have been put on us.”

OH WOW ! ANOTHER RIGHT WING NAZI WEBSITE.......LMAO BASHING OBAMACARE WITH LIES!
National Review sometimes endorses a candidate during the primary election season. Editors at National Review have said, "Our guiding principle has always been to select the most conservative viable candidate." This statement echoes what has come to be called "The Buckley Rule". In a 1967 interview, in which he was asked about the choice of presidential candidate, Buckley said, "The wisest choice would be the one who would win.... I'd be for the most right, viable candidate who could win."
The following candidates were officially endorsed by National Review:
1956: Dwight Eisenhower
1960: no endorsement
1964: Barry Goldwater
1968: Richard Nixon
1972: John M. Ashbrook
1976: Ronald Reagan
1980: no endorsement
1984: no endorsement (they endorse in primaries, not general elections. Ronald Reagan was the incumbent with no serious challengers.)
1988: George H.W. Bush
2000: George W. Bush
2004: George W. Bush
2008: Mitt Romney
2012: no endorsement

You sound hysterical and irrational.
Unfortunately Obamacare is forcing North Carolina school systems to reduce the hours of employees. That's the truth--not a lie--and is why it's in the news:
ENC Schools Cutting Substitute Teacher Hours Due To Affordable Care Act
Feb 25, 2014
The new Affordable Care Act rules are taking effect, and now substitute teachers in Eastern Carolina are among those feeling the impact.
In order to avoid paying for the health care of substitute teachers, school districts are limiting the number of hours they can work.
Pitt County Schools notified substitute teachers last week that they would only be allowed to work 12 days a month, or 90 hours a month.
According to the Affordable Care Act, once an employee is full time, they must be covered under the companies health care.
David Perry is one of 600 substitute teachers in Pitt County. He says, "This country is supposed to be about putting people to work and they are taking, literally, taking people out of work."
Several other school districts in Eastern Carolina have also already notified substitute teachers of the reduced hours.
