You are lucky your sheriff has his own log. Most of them want to take out the cost for one from the local budget. Is the local gov still driving farmalls or have they started driving them new international harvestors?

Had a little problem with the county commission here, they said because the way that the wind had blown down several trees, & in the fact that there were some that had landed on some others, it would constitute a dwelling, there fore I would be charged for building with out a permit and a yearly property tax would incur due to home improvements.
I told them I was going to cut it up for fire wood, they said it had been declared a national heritage site. If I touched it it would be destruction of gov property, & I would be charged.

So it belongs to the gov? no they said but since three of the county commission had served over 30 yrs in prison they felt they had enough legal experience to interpit the law.

I know it was a ploy cause after I paid the fine they all got police interseptor mirrors for their chalmers.
