I live in a house next door to hoarders. These people rent this house and I have written the owner of the house, complained to the City and Code Enforcement and NOTHING has been done. It has to be a health hazard. These people bring other peoples trash to their backyard and just stack junk and cover it with blankets. They do not even put their trash out every week. It brings mosquitoes and possums and raccoons, etc. Something needs to be done. People around them pay to keep their houses and these people just rent and are allowerd to keep junk all around their house. Where do I need to go to get some results? Please let me know. I am tired of looking at these people's junk. I cannot even enjoy my backyard and my grandchildren cannot play out there because I am afraid that something could be over there that is dangerous.

You have obviously mistaken city code enforcement for an institution that gives a sh*t for anything but generating revenue for the city.

If enough of your neighbor's collection is flammable, insure you wet down your own property before attempting to make theirs vanish.

Take pics send them to members of the city council, fire chief, & city manager. Council members seem pretty helpful. Just keep bugging them & if push comes to shove you may have to put up a privacy fence to avoid looking at their growing trash collection & then again another man's trash is anothers treasure.

You need to report it to the newspaper and tv stations. You have to be aggressive if you want change. Good luck.
