Why would you want to get rid of a City Manager that has done wonders for your community ? If you only knew about the messes she has had to clean up to get us on the right track.

The new City Attorney will do what is required by law and you will see he will be a breath of fresh air for our community.

I wish you all would stop trying to fire everyone and let this city get back to the business of the betterment of our community!!!

Might be difficult to get rid of Gardner now that she has a city attorney who will be partial to her.

I think Wilson just went down the line of topics and wanted to pick old ones that were done.
Is that it, Wilson?

The New City attorney has stated in a public forum that Items on the agenda cannot be tabled without resolution. I wonder what Peterson will think about the new Attorney when he forces tabled items to be acted on.

Why should you care? Did you not say that the 4 were going to get recalled?

Hope you and others alike find something in life that you really do like about Cove, maybe the city limit sign in your rearview mirror may be it.

Now that there was damn funny.

Yup, Jenny. You're right. That was funny. Call those guys out. They are never happy with what they get.

So what are you worried about? Seems like Mr. Peterson listens to the attorney's opinoons and follows them, if he gets good advice.
Bet he'll do what the guy suggests.

I worked for a short time with Andrea while she was the Finance Director in Pearland. She is one of the best people I have ever worked for -- tough, no nonsense about the work that needed to be done, but fair in her relations with the staff. She confided in me about her applying for the Copperas Cove position. Since I grew up not far from there I gave her a glowing recommendation regarding the community. It would be a great place for her and "the Chief" to raise her twin daughters. Hope you guys realize what an asset your community has.

I thought Odie said he would move from Cove if he lost the last election. Did he hold to his word?

Andrea Gardner is excellent for our city. I am so happy she is here. And many others are too.

Yep, O'die moved out of the city into the country around Kempner.

O'die moving in the area is not what he said he would do. He said he was moving away, not just a few miles.
