i was hesitant to put this thread in about disable parking.some people are under the impression that a plain dv license plate with no wheel chair on it can park in a disable parking place,people still have to have either a red (temporary)placard or blue(permanent)one.the service provides for disable plates for veterans but you have to have a high enough disability to receive them not just a plain dv tag.
