If you think you can do better go ahead and try he wont be there much longer any way he is moving up in the company because obviously he knows what he is doing and the company know it. HE is only a jackass to ppl that dont have respect for the store or the ppl in there.

he NEEDS PEOPLE SKILLS.... it would be NICE if and when you went into the store or at pumps .. when he is around to - at the VERY LEAST .. say HELLO to the CUSTOMER.... but then ANY OF the workers there or McDs - NO ONE PUTS CUSTOMERS FIRST................... lots of PEOPLE SKILLS NEEDED ALL THE WAY AROUND...

I agree, not all but most of the workers at that store are rude, never smile, and all around mean.

Actually,lately I only go there if I need something when the other gas stations are closed. And if its gas I'm getting, I pay at the pump to avoid the unfriendly looking/acting workers. I'm a nurse, I deal with rude people a lot where I work. But it's part of customer service to smile and be plesent all of the time.

yes I agree but consider where we are, alot of peeps have no clue on how the real world operates,Myself I only had one time there that one person was rude but after I pointed out his short comings he has always been pleasant.oh then there was the girl that I'm assuming because she couldn't count change refused to take payment in dimes.I'm thinking a manager was there so turned out to be a non issue in the end.You see this lack of customer service alot but I don't have an answer as to how to fix it, avoid places that have employees that act like the cuustomer needs them..as far as Randy...I just laugh to myself..it's not a big deal more important things to get bent over..JMO

I picked up a candy bar that had fallen on the floor ( in wrapper) and handed it to the girl who proceeded to fling it across the backside of the counter
