How dumb are you. "End up getting jobs"? The company continues to operate and will continue. That's the point. Polus went after these guys with their non-compete agreement and it was thrown out. Then went directly after the company and that got thrown out. Then they came with the BS arrests and these end with "NO" admission of guilt. what a joke. Two year investigation using a special prosecutor and you give misdemeanors with no admission of guilt. Polus used and the DA's office allowed taxpayers to be used in this game of lets kill the competition.
Keep your eye on the ball. Lawsuits are coming Polusís way.
except the civil lawsuit hasn't even progressed through the courts yet. Transworld is done.

Here's what you're not getting. There is no proof and no truth.

Fiberdouche had nothing going for that division before it was brought to them by these guys. Now that's the truth and there is proof. By the way, how is that division working out now?

TransWorld has some advertising dollars to spend. It appears you have room on those new signs that are bleeding you to death, maybe you should give Trans a call.

No question.
Absolutely ridiculous from top to bottom. You would think we could rely on our legal system to point that out not perpetuate it.

I don't get the DA's office. They discovered they had a shht case last Tues.. They didn't know it was shht last week? They didn't know it was shht the week before that or the month?

Something is wrong here and anyone with a brain know's it.

the common nasty denominator in this appears to be the da's office - sure looks like he decided to assist his crooked polus & company friends who financed his election - appears they agreed do whatever they could to damage reputations and try and shut the business down then when they realized nothing could possibly stick and they'd be made fools of in Court THEY decide to settle - this. Whole thing should be investigated if for nothing else but the HUGE waste of taxpayers money!!

Polus loves the DA'S office, they pressed this case, hurt the competition, injured reputations and they charged it to the taxpayers.

Who the fk is in charge around here??? No checks and balances. This one needs a special investigation.

Here's the cast of characters/ relationships for you all ... Take a look and see if you think something's wrong with all of this!!
1 polus & family throw tons of money in election coffers to make sure da carpenter gets elected
2 al amendolare - CFO for fiberdyne has his home address listed as campaign headquarters for carpenters election
3 da carpenters wife works for fiberdyne
4 polus son is good friends with the NYSP investigator hired to "investigate" / intimidate the people who dared to open a competing business
All at taxpayers expense
