Someone posted on another thread that they were buying supplies from an unapproved vendor and I'm guessing they had their franchise agreement revoked.

The same thing happened to the "Xtra" gas station up near Coopersburg. They used to be Mobile, but were buying gas from a different supplier, so Mobile pulled out.

They closed two other Bucks County area stores earlier this year in Bensalem and Tullytown. There's more to the story than a mere violation of franchise agreement, I would presume.

I feel bad for those who lost their jobs, but it was the worst fast food possible. I don't understand how you can screw up tater tots? It's like they soaked them in brine beforehand!

Even if nobody goes in Popeyes, the chain and franchise owner will give it time before they close it. Sonic is already closed, and someone would have to be an idiot to buy the franchise. Sonic's location is easier to get into and out of because there's two red lights people can use. 309 traffic in front of Popeyes is always backed up at dinner time.

The paper said they're tearing down the Sonic and building a whole new structure for Panera.
