What do you want to bet that the bomb brothers and their Saudi partner used Obama phones to set off the Boston Bombs. They apparently were on welfare, food stamps and section 8 housing, and were dealing drugs too. Driving fancy cars and living life here on our dime. We have to be the stupidest country in the world.

You really do need help man. How are you going to survive the next 11 (and probably 19) years with a Democratic president? For that matter, how are you going to survive after the next House election when all the radical conservatives get voted out?

With 90% of the U.S. supporting background checks, do you seriously think all the Republicans Reps. against it will get voted back in? If so, then you're the one who's delusional.

Radical conservatives? In your demented mind, maybe.

The only radical is in the WH.

90% of America agrees with background checks, so the reps who don't agree with the voters are the radicals, and will get voted out.

Where does that stat come from? You are ignoring my question. 90%? Too Funny.
That stat comes from the polls. Get used to 11 more years.

First of all, the bill was killed in the SENATE, which is controlled by DEMOCRATS, many of whom voted against it. Second, most of the public were opposed to Obamacare, too, and look how that affected the last election.

"Republicans won't oppose coming back to the gun issue. The No. 2 Republican in the Senate said Thursday that he hoped Democrats "would not choose to quit." Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, said the Senate could still do more to improve the federal background check system — especially in adding mental health and drug abuse records."

well the phones are a outgrowth of President Reagan and Bush jr.
so wphones might be a better term.

interesting comment on the site.
"the Reaganphone program initiated in 1985 was expanded to include cellphones under Bush II in 2008 without, surprise surprise, effective mechanisms of Federal oversight to prevent fraud, which led to an explosion of Wphones in 2009 that the right dutiful blames on Obama."

as to welfare.

"Neither Tamerlan, who was 26 when he died last week, nor Dzhokhar, who is 19, ever directly received welfare or food stamps, according to the letter."

I thought I smelled a rat. Character is Joe. Notice the change in ISP location. Just like Joe, it switches from his home to his smartphone. The get used to 11 more years of Dems in control gave him away. Mr. Kline is playing games with us; pretending to be somewhat on our side, but you can't put lipstick on a pig.

actually it is the blind hatred for a President that cause the problem.
when his hot dog rolls get crushed coming back from the store it is somehow Obama's fault for example.

The little weene governor of Mass. refuses to reveal the status of the brothers and what benefits they were getting, so there is reason for suspicion!
Everybody calls them Obama phones, haven't you seen all the recipients on the news saying they have 6,8 or 10 of them? You are swimming upstream trying to blame Bush for them

Like most govt programs, the free cellphone initiative started with good intentions and quickly became corrupted. Blaming an outgoing Republican president with a Democrat-controlled Congress for not adding legislation to make it more accountable is a weak argument when the incoming president has had 4+ years to address the fraud, two with a Congress controlled by his own party, and has done nothing. Now he owns it, warts and all.

As far as the "Bombsy Twins," they grew up with lots of public assistance even if they didn't have it when they became adults (which I doubt). However, that begs the question - where did they get their money???? This "lone wolf" concept is as much BS as Obama refusing to call out Islamic radicals in his speeches.

from the article

"In Obama’s first term, amid evidence of widespread fraud, the Federal Communications Commission moved to crack down on the program, saving what it predicts will be $400 million this year, on top of $214 million in 2012"

so fraud was addressed by the President.

as to calling out radicals should the President address these folks?

http://thinkprogress.org/security/2012/04/19/...

"Fifty-six percent of domestic terrorist attacks and plots in the U.S. since 1995 have been perpetrated by right-wing extremists, as compared to 30 percent by ecoterrorists and 12 percent by Islamic extremists. Right-wing extremism has been responsible for the greatest number of terrorist incidents in the U.S. in 13 of the 17 years since the Oklahoma City bombing.
After DHS withdrew the report, the department cut the number of analysts studying non-Islamic domestic terrorism. Daryl Johnson, the primary author of the report and a self-described Republican, soon left his post at DHS and said in July, 2011 that DHS has “just one person” dealing with domestic terrorism. The Department has largely been silent on domestic terrorist threats ever since.
Although current statistics show that right-wing extremism is on the rise through groups like the Sovereign Citizen and Patriot movements, domestic counterterrorism continues to receive few resources and little public attention. Though Islamic extremism remains a significant domestic security threat, current statistics and incidents such as Oklahoma City show that it is far from the only threat. In order to protect American citizens, we need to match our resources to the reality of our threats, not just the politically expedient narratives we have formed."

or

http://www.wired.com/dangerroom/2012/08/dhs/a...

http://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/homela...

"But a study conducted for the department last October concluded that a majority of the 86 major foiled and executed terrorist plots in the United States from 1999 to 2009 were unrelated to al-Qaeda and allied movements."

so right wing extremism gets a pass?

like this guy
