<quoted text>You're right. The brain is an amazing thing it has energy after your heart has stopped and that is were these visions come from they're no more then a dream.
So, my friend dreamed that he saw the doctors and nurses working on him after the accident? He described the event and what they were doing after he woke up. He said the doctor and nurse that were present looked at each other in astonishment because he described the event in vivid detail, but you think he dreamed it?

Yes, the brain still has the energy after the heart has stopped, but where does that energy go since it can't be destroyed...and where did it come from initially?

Really? The hate seems to come from atheists, whereas Christians usually feel sad for lost souls like yourself.

That's just another waste of time for Christians. My soul is not lost, a little less gullible maybe. I try to think for myself and tend not to follow. I refuse to live my life like others say.

Ask God to let his will be done in you, then you will find out and see how life slowly begins to change.

I don't have the need to break laws. If I do I will and have. You NEVER broke any laws?

There's only ONE human Who lived and didn't break the law. But you have to have faith to believe that.

I would like to see a man named, let's say Jeff, do and say everything Jesus did, including being the Son of God. And watch how people deal with it.

What do you all think? Let's hear your thoughts.

Everyone has there own opinions on this topic; personally im a believer, but im not gonna make someone do something they don't want to do. Just see what happens when you ask for his will do be done through you, and you will find out for yourself, and if you don't want to then don't. Believing in God takes 100% faith and is more than a commitment, it's a relationship with God himself. Im not hear to yell, or argue. Im just hear to voice my opinion. I don't see why people argue about this topic, you either believe in him or you don't. And if your on the fence about it, ask God to see what he can do in that decision and put some faith in him.

To answer my own question in post #111, if I my? I think Jeff would be nailed to a cross, figuratively speaking. No one would believe him at all.

I believe in God. And I can't say it is 100% all the time, I'd be lying.

It is impossible for people to have 100% faith all the time. Jesus had faith yet even he showed weakness, a most human moment in his life (personally), at the Garden of G. when he asked that this cup pass him... it is my favorite part about his life and death. Just a moment like that. We all have moments when we feel abandoned, alone,... where are you God?

Personally, I think we just have to stop searching the stars and sky, miracles,... just look inside of yourself. If your brave enough the answer is there.. cause whether you are a doubter, a sinner, an aethist, a "devotee" fact remains that we are all Godly...

LOL Peter!
I'm talking about inside! LOL

You can't be as horrible as you say, you are thoughtful enough to take your children to church regardless of your doubts, brave enough to talk to your pastor about it as well. As far as I can tell you haven't lost your temper and ranted off when in confrontation. You've been understanding, as much as you can, inquisitive... see?

Why thank you. Life s too short to waste on meaningless confrontations, I'm sure you'll agree. As for my looks, I for my looks, I always tell my wife, love must be blind because you're too pretty for me. She laughs but then agrees while fluffing her hair.
