This is sad - the same woman would turn off your water service to your house if you were late on a bill and here she is actualy stealing. I would love to know what she spent the money on - Crack ? Give her the max - this is happening all the time.

Does the bourough have some kind of insurance for this ? I hope the money is returned and didnt this happen in Bath as well?
