Sludge water outside the Quakertown Elementary school . It sits along side where the bus loading is . In the two past years it has gotten considerably bigger . I have been sending bottled water with my child. Why are they not fixing this ? Wait till spring comes the insects will be flooding the area like last year .

I highly doubt it is infiltrating the potable water supply! Are you referring to the locked off stairway alongside the building and the bus lane?

You have to remember that this is the oldest building in the district.

Sludge is a thick liquid that can be mud or an industrial byproduct like oil. If you think this is a health hazard, you should contact the Board of Health.

Or just go into the school and ask someone about it. Out of the box thinking, I know, but sometimes you have to move out of your comfort zone.

And if they give you an honest answer, what would you do with that info? You'd take it to someone, quote them, and get them in trouble.

Why would someone get in trouble for providing an honest answer?
