I know this is a topic posted a lot on here but I'm desperate. Can anyone give me the name of a salon that goes great with color/highlights?

Ulta is very good! I love my color &cut. They have a special going on now 50$ for color &cut. I use Kirsty. But Jeff is good to. 4 of my other friends go to. I use to go to Urban Edge but Ulta prices are way better!

Ya, I'll second that. I've been very pleased with Ulta and their prices. I just couldn't afford to spend $90 on highlights anymore where I used to go. It was a great salon but way too expensive.

I go to Evolve at the Promande Shops. Love it. A little pricey but worth it.

If it's the same Quakertown hair choppers it doesn't matter if they have new fancy digs.

I'm pretty sure they've gotten a lot of new staff. Again, I think they're wonderful. Last time I went half of them were getting ready to go to Vegas for a show. They've also just got licensed to do extensions.

I didn't get high lights. I got color, cut and deep condition. My daughter also got her hair cut too. I think it came to 250.00 total. Then 50.00 for a tip.

They brought my daughter bottled water and goldfish and were just very, very nice.

In addition to hair they also do nails, waxing and all sorts of spa treatments.

Here is there website. The person that did my hair and my daughters was named Jennifer. She's a level 5 stylist and I highly recommend her. Altho, I'm sure the other stylists there are good as well.

I don't know what happened to their old staff.

Yes, they just got licensed.

Yah,$300.00 for a bottle of water and goldfish. Thank goodness I had that coupon. Otherwise it would have cost me a fortune.

Love jeff at ulta. At least 10 of my friends go to him. They also have $20 off new customer referral coupons. Good luck.

You live in Walnut Bank Farms, yet go to the most expensive salon in this area. And we all wonder why people are in the situations they are.

Well, looks like I won't be going there! And I was complaining about spending $90.00? I'm looking for prices around $50.00 not a $50.00 tip!

That's fine and I understand that.

However take in to consideration this was for two people. Not to mention a $30 conditioner.

I also had several things done. My coloring was to go darker which is also more than a one step process.

As I said, I didn't have highlights so I don't know what they cost. If you opt to not have the person with more than 20 years experience it's also less.

I have been throwing around the idea of doing the highlights, if I get them done next week, I'll update the post with the price.

As for the $50.00 tip... I generally tip well. If you treat my daughter like a princess I tip great.

I also just looked on Mirror Images website and the prices are just about the same.

I'm really not sure what you're implying? People in Walnut Bank Farm are destitute? I'm not. Maybe you have to get a $14.00 haircut at supercuts (not that there is anything wrong with that) but I don't.

If you dont mind doing the drive, I would recommend Hair Connections near Foglesville.

I had a color(roots) and cut for $70.00

Very nice people too, quality work and reasonable prices.

Wow...I WONDER who is writing all those posts to you? LOLOL I pay about 100. for a cut and color w/highlights. But I've had the same hairdresser for geez...almost 10 years now? I will ONLY go to her! LOL We're good friends and she does it privately for close friends but if I went into the salon it would easily cost me close to 200 for all I get done. Ya get what you pay for.
