More and more is coming out about Cain and his involvement in his brother's death. Will be interesting to see how things come to a head.

Wow. There really is no limit to how low dems will go. Even If this mess was true he would fit right in with the coke head in chief obamadinajad.

There aren't enough dead people for the dems to cast votes for to stop this train.

Just think, the Delta Republicans love Erwin Cain like he is some kind of savior.

Maybe they should rethink their allegiance with a common dope dealer who gave his own brother enough dope to kill him. Prisons are full of people that did things when they were young men. Do we give them all the patronage that Cain has garnered from the Derrs, Brookshires, and Teagues? I would not think so, much less elect them to high office.

I have seen the deposition video on YouTube. This is shocking and not good at all. Mr. Cain really needs to answer these allegations ASAP. If the deposition information is not true, the brother-in-law has legal issues. If the deposition information is true, Mr. Cain is not fit to be a lawyer or an office holder - likely too late for it to be a legal issue for him. This is not a Dem dirty politics issue but a very serious issue for us as voters in the area.

Your post is a lie. That deposition was not a court ordered deposition, but a stage show put on by Homer and his cronies. This reporter is not even credible and his paper is not either to print such a stupid thing. You are wrong, it is a Democratic dirty politics manuever. Homer has money to get something like this done and he has money to get his divorce sealed. Now just why would he seal his divorce? BECAUSE HE HAS SOMETHING TO HIDE. Why can't the mother of the girl who was killed at his house see the police records? Another deal sealed by Homer and why would that be. BECAUSE HE HAS SOMETHING TO HIDE.

http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/vote-2010-elec...

Homer has all the money in the world to get what he wants done. It is time to VOTE THE SUCKER out. He is not good for this region and has proven that he cares more about Paris than the surrounding areas. He pays no attention to them until voting time. Time to put him back making hamburgers at his Sonics. He cannot buy my vote and I have sense enough to know that article you all keep referring to is nothing but a lie.

And you will see a different Homer if he has a camera in front of him or a news reporter. Otherwise he can be very rude person.

From Mt. Pleasant forums:

"Press release issued by Mount Pleasant Police Department Captain Robert G. Vine) On Friday, October 1, 2010, Mount Pleasant Police Officers, arrested Brian Ashley Whitfield, 31, of Mount Pleasant, on an outstanding felony warrant for theft.

This arrest took place in the 200 block of North Madison. This arrest was the culmination of an investigation conducted by Detective Scott Wildey and began back in May of this year.

At that time, the Mount Pleasant Police Department had received numerous complaints from local businesses alleging Whitfield had stolen money from them.

Throughout the investigation, 17 separate complainants, all local businesses, were confirmed to be victims by Detective Wildey, with the dollar amount totaling over $4,000, allegedly stolen by Whitfield.

Due to the large number of complainants involved with this case and the large amount of information that needed to be gathered from each, the investigation into this alleged offense was a rather lengthy one.

Detective Wildey conducted a solid investigation and represented the department well in serving the local business community the way he did his job.

After being presented with the case file, Titus County District Attorney, Charles "Chuck" Bailey, issued a complaint and the complaint was then taken to the office of Precinct 2 Justice of the Peace, Paula Dyke, where a warrant was issued for Whitfield’s arrest.

This particular offense is a state jail felony. If convicted, Whitfield could face confinement in a state jail for not more than two years and not less than 180 days and/or receive a fine not to exceed $10,000.

Whitfield may also be facing future charges pending investigation.

(This reporter is not even credible. His story is a lie.)
