Should the county have to pay for the county roads to be paved or just the owners of the properties have to?

The county can't afford gravel much less asphalt.

The roads are dirt. If it rains you are stuck at home until it dries up enough. Even a four wheel drive wont get down them.

Maybe you could ask Herb to give up a fishing trip then the county could afford to put something on the roads.
