I just bought my last food from the Dairy Queen. My wife bought each of us a four piece chicken basket. I opened mine up and started eating, when all of a sudden a roach came crawling out.

My dog didn't mind that a roach had crawled on it so he ate it.
Never again
pure craziness

I've all but stopped going already. My issue was the fact they screwed up my order for about 3 x's straight. I've only been back maybe three times in the last few years. I don't think I can go the roaches.....so nasty!

my concern is the fact that one of the employees has a non~curable disease and she handles not only a mop & bucket, but your FOOD aswell! we stopped going a long time ago.

What disease?

A complaint has been filed with the department of health. Hope they act soon and force them to clean up or close. I would call Dairy Queen Headquarters but this is a franchise and it would do no good.

What disease does the employee have?

I stop by DQ a lot when I go to Dallas. That's the best thing in cooper. And if you did get a roach in your food, it was probably put there so you could turn it sideways and use as a toothpick after you ate

All I can say is if you consider the Dairy Queen the best thing in Cooper,I feel very sorry for you.
Cooper has a lot of things going for it but the Dairy Queen isn't one of them.

There arnt any roaches in the food. Its not that bad but it is getting worse since pam isnt manager anymore. and as far as amber being good and making food better lmfao. thats gotta be a joke pam ran circles around her daughter. and take it from someone with inside info all amber does is text on her phone and sit at her desk. tonys never gonna take care of that store and hes never gonna make them do there jobs. to my knowledge there isnt any one that has an uncurible disease except maybe justin blevins and he doesnt work there any more.

its not justin, and yes she still works there.

www.webmd.com look for: hepatitis c
or just google up hepatitis c.

its kinda hard to deny when ur mom is in the dairy queen & a customer asks "how is ur daughter?"
and mom's reply is "well, she has hepatitis c, but she will be back here at work tomorrow".
and she says it loud enough for everyone in there to hear it. almost like attention seeking! so sad!

I don't think the employee with Hepatitis C is in danger of transmitting this disease to the customers. Many people have this condition.

We quit going regularly long ago, We get brave every few years but we are always disappointed. It has done no good over the years calling Tony in the Paris store. He cares not.

I know someone with hep c and from what I understand she can no longer work in the food industr but she may just choose not work around food for the safety of others.

oh, c'mon, a little hep c won't hurt ya, and roaches can actually b good for you with the protein and all. Besides, they're a good filler.

I have over the years worked at the dq in Cooper multiple times the service quality you receive has gone down the hygiene has gone up especially after they did away with the smoking as far as roaches I never saw eny but it is a country town and the dq is infronte of a big field an occasional big is gnna happen if your worried about hepatitus c then you are stupid for I know three ppl who have that and work at tomatoes in Paris and one person with b at China star so stop being ignorant the only thing wrong with the dq is it's management and employees need not to associate with each other other than coworkers keep business and personal separated and realize that a place of business will not work properly if it is treated like a social group
