Board of largest Minn. school district replaces policy blamed for bullying of gay teens

COON RAPIDS, Minn. - The school board in Minnesota's largest school district approved Monday night a replacement for a policy that required teachers to stay neutral when sexual orientation comes up in class, a stance that some critics blamed for fostering bullying.

They're still ignorant, but the two (at least) ongoing civil suits against their district forced their hands.

It had nothing to do with any decency on the part of the administrators who came up with and probably still like the "neutrality" policy.

So sue 'em.

I doubt anything will change. These uneducated idiots still live under Senator Bachmanns religious rule. These two counties in Minnesota want to remain their own country, one that mirrors the European dark ages.
