I just do not understand why this man is not being charged with attempted murder. I do not know you baby girl, but I pray for you today.

Leave Josh alone. I'm sure he didn't mean to do it. Sometimes children just need to be shaken. Haven't you ever been at Buffalo Wild Wings when there's a crying little kid in the next booth? It's terrible.

Hahahahah! Normally I wouldn't laugh at something like this, but the dude shook a baby! Also, it's pretty hilarious.

Someday our society will punish people with crimes like this...someday our society will make people WORK --and not just hand out cash for them to procreate...someday we will have a 3 strike law...

Apparently patience is not his strong suit - I suggest some serious jail time and some mandatory anger management classes when he gets out. I'm hoping and praying for the baby girl to make a full recovery.

How the hell would you know? When I was in prison we only ass raped stupid f..ks like you. Jail is a place people like you wait to see if they are getting sent to prison. Not much ass raping in jail. I guess stupid f..ks like you think rape should be a punishment.

I did not say they didnt work...I said that we as a society need to quit paying people to sit on their rears at home rather than work......maybe when people learn responsible behavior...and not have things handed to them.... then maybe people eont shake babies to death...

Another sweeping generalization. Correlation doesn't equal causation. In this case there's no link whatsoever, so your point is ??? There are nasty people in all walks of life.

Didn't want to take his baby to the doctor because he would be late for work... that is a BS excuse. Your children come first no matter what. Obviously he didn't want to take her in because he knew he had done something wrong. Most places of business understand when your child is sick and needs to be seen unless you use that as a regular excuse.
