If you have any dealings with a Daniel Stephens(realtor), find someone else. He befriended us, lied to us coutless times, then con'd us into renting our place then skipped out on the rent. Everytime I contacted him about the rent money he had another lie now he has blocked our calls. We had someone look into his background and he owes everybody and there brother money. I have an attorney looking into our real estate deal to see if anything shady was done for his benefit. We should have known he was too good to be true. He has a "friend" for everything, financing, home inspections, home improvements and they are all shady. I have contacted the Attorney General as well.
