Two words....Eminent Domain.
It sure works whenever someone wants to take property from other Americans...I see nothing special about Indian land.
It's just dirt, people...not being used for anything!
There was enough trouble when the power went out recently and the Poles were on Indian land! There had to be NEGOTIATIONS to be allowed on 'their' land in order to make the repairs! This is just insane!
Stop this insanity now! It is just Dirt!!!!
