Multiple personality disorder, or MPD, is a mental disturbance classified as one of the dissociative disorders in the fourth edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-IV). It has been renamed dissociative identity disorder (DID). MPD or DID is defined as a condition in which "two or more distinct identities or personality states" alternate in controlling the patient's consciousness and behavior.

Get a grip. We know you're the same person and if youre unhappy take the appropriate measures and tell them. Acting crazy on Topix isn't going to help you.

You apparently suffer from this disorder Ollie! You have been called out continuously on these topix for using different names while you troll around.

Dearships all over the world do the same thing! It's a business that's how they make money! As for the service dept. there are a few I ain't crazy about but I still take my Honda in because everyone of there Tech's are certified to work on Honda's. Many of them are certified to work on other brands as well. I just stay clear of the one's I don't want to deal with. As far as service writer's go (the people who ask you whats wrong with your and come back an tell you what it needs after a Tech has looked at it and tells you how long its going to take) I deal with DEREK. A lot of these service writers especially (JENNY and JERRY) will tell you this needs to be replaced and I can get you this deal if you do it today and many times it doesn;t it's just a way for these 2 to make more money...Please ask to speak with the Tech that inspected your car if something smells fishy. Also I would only deal with certain Tech's (Micheal, Nathan, Aaron, & Allen) these people actully look over your entire vehicle when doing an inspection.. Robert is fast and he is good but often just checks the basics and then when vehicles come back for something he forgot then it gets pushed off on another Tech because he doesn't want to deal with it. Steve Cornell is a peice of work...he is the crudest man you will ever meet. He will do the bare neccessity to get by as long as he is making money. Him and Jenny are two of a kind "Nice as they can be to your face and the minute you leave" WOW!!! As far as Steve Cooper is concerned he is a ignorant man with a bad attitude but Cookeville Honda is number 1 in sales in this area and its because they know how to sell cars. If you are not happy with how they do things then simply stay away! Do not go there but do not get on here and act like its a "Cookeville Honda" thing because it's not! It's all dealership's! I for one will never step foot on Cookeville Ford's lot ever again! They don't even do a used car inspection before setting it out on the lot for sell. Also be weary of this at Honda. Make sure it has been done a lot of times the sellsmen will tell you it in great shape and chances are it may have just been traded in an never looked at because service was busy! Double check what your getting before you buy it! You can always request to watch a Tech review your vehicle with you present before you buy! Also if you want a car like brand new, then buy a brand new car. The purpose of a used car is it is used "It will have flaws"

I bought a New Car from them a couple years ago. It was great for about 6 months.Took it in they couldn't find the problem but I had told them what it was. So they kept telling me nothing was wrong with it. This wasn't the first new car I had owned. To make a long story short they wouldn't fix it and I got rid of it that was my first and last honda I will every buy and I buy a new car about every 2 years. I will never deal with that bunch again. No one would help me. Never Ever Not Going to do me that way again.

I'm on my third Honda from there. I have had no complaints and the service is very good. I will continue dealing with them. If you feel you got a bad deal there are agencies you can contact with your complaint.

My husband is a hard worker and he is not crude and he makes sure his work is right before he gets done with a job! And I think this is just someone writing this that is jealous of him because he can do jobs faster than you and also why don't you just take it up with him instead of posting it on here this is so childest. And for Steve Cooper he is a very nice guy and from what I know of him would do anything to help a person. So grow up

You're going to pay more at a dealership. Everyone knows that. If you don't like the price, DONT GO TO A DEALERSHIP... duh.

I agree. It's very immature to start something on Topix. If there's a problem, go to the person involved that you have a problem with instead of acting like a spoiled child and gossiping.

Not an employee..I could never put up with all the pettiness that goes on there...but I do own a Honda and go there for regular services that's how I know about the service...Im the guy who observes things on the outside of the shop and I know names and faces cause people yelling across the shop! I also see who checks with the Tech's before going back to the customer and promising them a time! A realistic time! This is simply some info I thought I'd share...I know I would have loved to know this years and years ago instead of learning the who to and who not to deal with all this time later..could have saved a butt load and a whle bunch of headaches! Robin; I can't say I know Steve personally just what I've seen in the service area from the outside looking in...he is a crude person when talking with/about his co-workers.(Very loudly and openly I might add) He has no respect for the men or woman he works with and WOW is all I go to say. I hope for your sake he is not the same man at home! He may be the nicest man outside of honda you ever saw I just know what I see happen there. Screaming and crusing at the top of your lungs about co-workers, and customers is not very professional! I didn't post to cause trouble just to offer my opinion based on what I've seen. Have a nice day!!

If you didn't like the price, why didn't you do it yourself? If you go to a dealership, expect to pay dealership prices.
