Most of that work looks like pot busts, which we all know should and will be legal in time. Goverment and big business will not let the hemp product hit the market, to costly for them, will lose their money.

yup, If I get a prowler at my home in the middle of the night, I will make a call or 2 too my neighbors who would also call me. I wouldn't call 911 ever. We would show people like you what vigelante justice is. I would never lower myself too someone who thinks i owe him or her something too do a job they are already paid too do. I am not a cop hater. I just Handle my own problems and don't want too owe somebody gratitude. The prowler would never rob anyone in my neighborhood again If I caught them. I don't need a gun 2 prove my point.

Construction and factory workers get maimed and killed all the time. My cousin had his arm crushed off in a machine press accident. These people make $12 an hour to bust their asses and build your houses and your cars and your computers, tvs, beds, and the clothes on your back. Where would our polcie officers, soldiers, paramedics, and firefighters be without the lowly line production worker who built their equipment?
You're right though, they don't risk life and limb for little respect. They do it for NONE AT ALL.
I agree with everything you just said. I was a factory worker for many years. When I was a factory worker, I never heard anyone say "I hate factory workers", or "all factory workers are crooked". As a cop, I don't ask for any more respect than I did as a factory worker. It would be nice to get at least as much as I did then, but oh well. I just want to be treated like a person. When you introduce me you don't have to add "he's a cop". Nobody ever introduced me before and said "he's a factory worker". I have a job, and I get paid for doing it. I don't ask for anything else but to be able to do it without all of the ignorant criticism. I don't go to your construction site and tell you that your not holding your hammer right or how much better the construction workers on at the other site. I don't accuse you of driving a crooked nail, just because the guy next to you did. That is all.

I bet there are more cops in Cookeville that have never fired a gun or seen a dead body or pulled a child from a burning car in their whole time on the force.
Than you aught to be mighty grateful! That's why I moved here! To be out of the way of people killing each other with guns, knives, bats, chains, cars, dope, ropes, and glass bottles. To get away from little babies thrown at the wall for crying, grabbed by its feet and used as a bat against a woman's head!
You lazy, ungrateful, spoiled brats should walk 1 mile in a cops shoes! You won't make it 5 minutes without crying and feeling sorry for yourself.
You have no idea!

Hope your child doesn't get kidnapped and sexually abused. It might be your neighbor that did it!

If a prowler came to your home you would probably poop your pants and cry. But, if you should muster the testicular fortitude to handle the problem yourself, it would not hurt my feelings. You are too a cop hater. Everything that you post is anti-cop. But thats ok. You don't owe me anything. You can keep your gratitude and your attitude.

I'm mighty grateful to any person that wants to be a cop!
Bad guys hate them, kids fear them. Some want to kill them. Everyone lies about them! Including the POTUS!
But, I know the tears shed for the people they serve. Yes, they serve, like teachers. You blame them- when you made a bad choice! You blame them- when they are not there in 2 minutes! You blame them for -upholding the law! You want vigilantism? You won't like that! There's no justice, compassion, cops have compassion and use justice.

That's my point you idiot, you don't have to wear a uniform and gun. I guess I should thank you for proving my point.

Yes I agree, but we are talking about cops in Cookeville, the biggest crime here is pot smokers, stolen property on average.

True, but I wouldn't want to put my life on the line to deal with some crazed person high on meth. Would you?

Cookeville has a huge problem with meth and crack cocaine, drunk driving, and domestic violence! I'm glad that we have cops out getting these losers off the streets. And if you think stolen property isn't a big deal, try having your home broken into and all of your valuables made off with you jackass.
