A great way to waste tax payers money.

I don't think so. There are many of us who are very excited about this and can't wait for it's completion! It just isn't a Monterey project, get out of your small box and enjoy!

I do not care, I also think this is a great waste of valuble tax-dollars. Have you seen this falling off of the Monterey Cliff thing we are about to go throught come Jan. one.
If one manages their pennies-millions, then they want have to worry about their dollars-trillions.

The only ones that want this is the bike shop and they are a joke! We have been robbed left and right in this own and it just keeps on and on.

I think this is outragous, when will it ever end.

Your clueless and you haven't been robbed. I don't own the Bike Shop and I think it will be an asset to our community. Nothing was taken from the town for this project so stop your bellyaching and enjoy life for a change. Happy Thanksgiving!!
