For those who said it would not happen well it is happening and by Christmas season the Mall will be in full force. I love the new look. Next they are doing the outside and parking lot.

You know I am about sick and tired of hearing people run their mouth about this mall! It is not going anywhere because JCPenny's has a life time lease and they have a huge say in anything done to the outside of the mall. If you want to complain about the mall then call JCPenny's corporate office. All the business owners and the owners of the mall are working hard to bring the mall back to life and make it a place that you will enjoy shopping and a place you can bring your family. There is free live music and good food. Next month the other restaurants will be open and by Black Friday the store and the Market place will be open and ready for the public. Instead of complaining why not come out and help or promote the local business?? To me it seems that it is someone who is jealous and wants to see everyone fail.
love the mall

The truth is that it is taking forever to get the mall done and very few stores have signed leases to be open 7 days a week. The cleaning crew are lazy and most days the mall is a dusty mess.

I hope they either fix it up or level it. It looks like Ground Zero. It's uglier than my dog's ass. I hate driving by it.

Ground zero??.. now we know you have no intelligence. Get your lazy ass up and help make it beautiful instead of complaining. Keeping business local helps everyone unless your living in the projects on disability and food stamps....then I guess you don't care....lazy ass GET A JOB....

I've noticed a LOT of businesses have left the flea market end of the "Mall"....I've heard from several former renters that the prices per booth kept going up every month, and attendance was going down since the newness has worn off.

I wish it would all go back to being a mall. Maybe have market on the weekend in pebbles old building and keep actual craft makers from local artist instead of the yard sale junk. The antiques are awesome but the Walmart and dollar junk needs to go....so do the metal walls...its so tacky. They really need a crew working on the outside of the Mall. They took the trees down so now its just dirty brick and pavement. How hard is it to power wash and pave? The construction is causing allergy problems for folk with asthma so hurry up! They don't have enough men working to get it finished. Slow pokes but I am looking forward to the day it is finished.

I am sure if they cleaned up the outside of the mall A LOT like power washing, painting, paving and got a chew to finish the inside that we could get any store we wanted in there.
