Free stuff for veterans?

anyone know if there are any bars or restaurants with specials for veterans today?

Yes Applebes has free dinner for Veterens today(identification required( like picture of you in uniform, dressed in your uniform, discharge papers , ect.)

Golden Corrall has free dinner Monday the 16th from 5 to 9 PM no identification required.

Applebee's has done this the last couple of years and they have done a great job with it. It is beginning to be a tradition for me and my dad to come here. The Golden Corral is always crowded so if you plan on going there show up before 5 because the VFW and American Legion Groups are going to be lined up.I do commend both restaurants for doing this. Golden Corral has been doing this for several years now in all the towns I was stationed in as well as here at home in Cookeville.
