I am needing to buy a car from somewhere that does not turn me down based on my credit. I work and pay my bills but when my husband left I got behind on stuff and my credit got trashed.

I know Watson's does not do a credit check but I don't want to buy a peice of junk that won't last.

I actually have one from Watson's. They will work with you as long as you pay. Simon is really good about getting your payment where you need it to be.

Try liberty auto sales too. We have a great really nice car from them! They do free oil changes too! John is great to work with. They are on Washington. Go past papa johns over the RR tracks and you'll see it on your left a little bit past the tracks. Sometimes they have great cars, sometimes not so much but worth checking!! Good luck!

I have a car from Watson's as well! I purchased mine from the Manchester location, however, they are owned by the same people. My car, a Ford Fusion, has given me absolutely no troubles and I have had it for a yr already. The staff are genuinely nice people and provide amazing customer service! I highly recommend them!

good to know they treated you right in Manchester, underwear-sniffer. Watson's won't steer you wrong, they have no interest in making bad loans or leaving somebody in the lurch. They've been around for far too long for that.

I have been doing business with them for around 4 years. I'm on my third different car from them and each one has been terrific. Mike Ferrell , Simon and their whole support team do an outstanding job of treating you right. Great car dealer to work with. If you go by there tell them Midnight Star sent you so I can get my referral bonus!!:-)

hmm..singlemom, since all these comments sound and look almost just alike I am willing to bet that the staff or the owners of the business out them up there. I went there to look at a car and the first 4 i test drove were trash! None of them ran right at all, and since my dad has been a mechanic for about 40yrs I could pretty well pinpoint the problems. When I took the vehicles back they were rude and suggested another vehicle. I don't know if they couldn't figure out the problems and was seeing if I could diagnose several of them or what, but I did finally drive one decent vehicle. It was a Rav4. The only thing wrong with it was that it was prices 3 times the amount of the blue book value! They were nice to me though until I pointed out the issues. I would suggest saving some dollars if possible and trying to buy off LSN or something with cash. You can find decent vehicles on there for under 1000 a lot of times. Good Luck!

I disagree with the women above, we got a really nice car from them and drove several others that were nice too. Granted I wasn't looking at the cheapest ones on the lot. Yeah the prices are high but when you have poor credit and go to a buy here pay here, you have NO room to complain. Great people, great car dealership. I would rather pay more here than get some trashy $1000 car off lsn.

I am not a Watson's employee as someone above suggested. I work for a warehouse in Crossville. I have a Kia from Watsons and it has been a great car. The folks are friendly to work with. I have found them tolerant and willing to adjust if you find yourself short. Don't skip a payment without talking to them first, though. They can remotely turn your car off so it won't start. At 3 days late the car will start beeping at you. At 10 days they disable the ignition. I made that mistake once. They were willing to turn it back on when I called them so I could get out of the Walmart parking lot, as long as I promised to immediately make a payment, which I did. I also really like their 10 month trade in policy.

Bought a car from them. It had issues. We really liked the sales staff, but the little guy over finance was a douche. He was extremely rude to my wife & she drove the car back on the lot & told them to keep it. She would rather drive her ugly car than to be talked down to.

I bought a car this past Friday from the McMinnville location. Saturday the check engine light comes on and there is a horrible clunk under the car when decelerating. I look under the vehicle and there is DUCT tape hild parts of the car together!!!! I call the office and tell them what happen. The only reply was "ok". That's it!!!! Nothing else!!!!!!

Life hasn't exactly been plain sailing recently but you're navigating your way through calmer waters again. In fact, you're feeling pretty sunny-tempered and relaxed, and may even wonder what all the fuss was about during the past few days. It's a great excuse to go out on the town, or to visit your favourite restaurant for a relaxing meal.
