I have only bought one new nissan in Cookeville, and it was the worst mistake I made. Do yourself a favor and check at the dealerships around Nashville, it will save you a few thousand dollars. I have purchased several new Nissans from Nissan dealerships around Nashville, just shop around. Even if you are a VPP customer you will still save several thousand dollars.

Cookeville Nissan is not worth your time. Their service dept is a rip off. I know when you buy a new car from a local dealership part of the money goes towards our school system. If you must have a Nissan you can go to Nashville and save enough money and donate twice the amount and still come out ahead. The Toyota and Ford (same owner as Nissan) are great to deal with.

The Service Dept at Cookeville (Alexander) Nissan over charges 3x what it would cost to have your Nissan repaired at one of the Nissan dealerships in Nashville or Knoxville.

You better watch them. They are in the habit of selling used wrecked cars without full disclosure. and Not Good is right, they like to charge more than 3x the amount for small procedures.

Cookeville Nissan is no different than any other dealership in Cookeville. Do your homework BEFORE you buy a car/truck from any dealership. It pays to have knowledge about what you want to buy. These saleman are only interested in making a sale. They will tell you anything into your pocketbook(if you know what I mean). So whether you buy in Cookeville, Nashville or Timbucktoo. Have information in your possession, you will be richer and wiser for it. This has been a public service annoucement. Thank You and goodnight!!

The finance man at Cookeville Nissan will push the extended warranty down your throat. He will have the plans in front of you. He will say if you don't want one of the first ones, then this might work for you and go to the last one. Without saying so, you get the idea the last one is the cheapest. WRONG! The last one is the most expensive and that is about 2000.00 dollars. I will never buy from them again. I don't like a dealer that deals under-handed and sneaky. I would not buy a spark plug from them.
