Ask the men in the blue suits with badges in the building with all the cages.

Seriously, I'm confident there will be plenty of fine law abiding folks here to answer your questions!

I'll answer..

JWH-018 is illegal. It just so happened to be K2 and K3's main ingredient. You won't find any of that around here anymore.

However, do not be disheartened.. You can find PLENTY of those kitchen mix seasoning bags everywhere still. All the smoke shops have what looks to be 100's of different kinds of that crap.. They're all the same.

But if you're looking for false hopes, go find someone who obviously has a bad headache, and clothes that smell like potpourri and farts and ask them where they get it. They will probably say a gas station or a discount tobacco.

JWH-018 is not illegal in most states yet. It will be after an emergency DEA ban for 1 year in 2011. But I am curious whether this is targeted specifically at blends or JWH itself, the pure version of which is harder to get than blends but police are far less aware of it.;

If they'd legalize the real stuff, they wouldn't have to worry about dumbass kids trying to find a cheap semi-legal alternative that is far more dangerous.

"posh" can be found like everywhere. All the discount tobacco places, but it is terrible in my opinion. I agree, I think marijuana should be legallized.. No one ever died of an overdose, or killed anyone when high. All the pillheads in this town are the ones screwing everything up.

ALCOHOL is way worse that marijuana if you want to get real technical so why isn't booze illegal as well? Because it's a blatantly obvious double standard with very little scientific/medical support. I could name about 10 people just off the top of my head who have gotten drunk and beaten the ever loving crap out of somebody for little or no reason. I can't make the same claim for pot users. I don't drink or smoke so I'm pretty sure I'm non-biased.

I never said alcohol was better or even mention alcohol but whatever. You are the one that mentioned ALCOHOL I was just stating my opinon to ABC's beliefs on POT. but to outright say/type that NO ONE HAS EVER KILLED ANYONE WHILE HIGH is a bit far streatched. Then again if you had read what I said you would know this.

he or she was wrong about the "no one has ever killed anyone while high" but Pot/hemp should be legalized...there are many medical uses for it (the reason it has been legalized to a certeain extent in California) and far less fatal than asprin, cough syrup and many other drugs that can be gotten from anystore without I.D...hemp can be used to replace cotton clothing for much cheaper and used for paper products in place of trees to make all the hippies happy. but i'd say the government likes the perks of the "drug war" which would be cut back alot if it were legalized. lol

Marijuana is mainly illegal because it opens the mind and causes people to think and question the status quo. Carl Sagan was correct.

Otherwise, there's really no good reason for it to be outlawed.

ive been thinking all drugs should be legalized who is prospering from illegal drugs ? drug lords you can buy most any drug you want and if you get caught a little jail time just a vicious circle. make it legal then the drug user don't have to roam the streets to make a hit honestly drug use is completely out of control i think the drug dealers that write prescriptions for pain medicine or more greedy than the illegal drug dealer i believe if it was legal people wouldn't want it so bad just my opinion but the drug system is out of control.

in 1937 pot was made illegal for 1 reason. cotten and lumber mills banned togeather and lobbied aginst pot farms saying it was a "health hazard" when in reality it was only made illegal by them for compation. hemp was starting to replace most papers and fabrics. look it up and learn. it wasnt made illegal due to a health hazard or a huge epidimic, it was made illegal for greed money loving companys. Cannabis should become legal period. don't hate on something you dont 100% understand. yes the ONLY HEATH HAZARD OF WEED IS CANCER.
Proven by the American Thoracic Society in 2006. a study of monkeys for 30 months and tar on tissue, the monkeys smoke 5 joints a day every day for 30 months. pure tar from cannabis was conjured and placed on pig skin for 30 months too. only the tar on the skin showed any signs of cancer. the monkeys had no signs of health risk at all.(besides the munchies.)the tar was equal to 35 years of cannabis smoking. and i dont mean light smoking i mean 3-7 joints a day every day.(this is just an guess but 65% of americans can even afford close to that.) from the test, no other health risks were involved.

As I was saying:
No brain damage, very low lung damage, and not addictive physically, it can be by long term habit, anything can be by habit.
Marijuana should become legal. It is NOT a gate way drug,
It is safer than alcohol, but still shouldn't be used while driving.

All in all. Marijuana should be legalized, medically and for personal use.

Oh may I add, cannabis has 50% more carcinogens than tabbaco but all the carcinogens in cannabis are 73% less dangerous than tabbaco carcinogens, making marijuana safer than tabbaco too.

To answer your original question 'just wondering', yes, posh is available in the Indian owned tobacco shops in this area. Some are more expensive than others. The place next to baskin robbins has it for 5.99. The newer place across from cosmo's has it for cheaper than that. It does the job just fine for me when I can't find the real thing. Also, there is a product out named 'Mystic' that works just as good if you can't find posh. Actually... mix and match it with posh and you get real F#@*ed up!!
