I think the real problem here is a lack of morals, discipline, and responsibility... but moreso, a lack of God. Its not my place to judge a man by his sexual preference, but without God in your heart, you're already on the path to destruction. Chad not only followed this path, but attempted to cover it up with lies and deception. Its not the sexuality thats the problem here, its the sin it took to hide it.
Its unfortunate, my friend Sara walked with God, she had so much love in her heart and soul, for herself, her husband, her family, and Landon. I know that shes with him now, I know that shes alright.
This is such a sad situation. I didn't know either, but from what i've heard, Sara was a wonderful person by everyone who knew her. She is gone and her child is without a mother or a father. Her family is grieving, Chad's family is grieving and I suspect Chad may be grieving, also. I don't know if he was/is gay. If so, he should have been honest about it.

I have been best friends with Sara since 13. She was a fun loving and caring person all of her life. I was so happy that she got Landon, I was there in San Diego, the day he was born. I saw them both in the middle of July, as happy as could be. Chad was distant, but friendly. I think he wondered if Sara had said anything about his infidelity. He had been busted and was kissing ass. I thought her life would be what she had dreamed for.

How awful and heartbreaking, I am a distant cousin of hers and none of the family contacted us about this, I so saddened by this horrific act of violence and for her family. God keep them close to your heart in this awful tine.

What does that have to do with this LoveHim? Does trying to point fingers at other people help this situation any? No! Gosh.... leave it alone. Would you like your name smeared across a forum board? Give it a rest and pray for Sara and the people left grieving and the child left with no parents or the two families that lost their loved ones.... not the lifestyles people choose.

First of all, I want to extend my deepest sympathies to the families, and of course sweet Landon. I knew Sara, but not well. She was a close friend and co-worker of a close member of my family for many years. Many of you should be ashamed of yourselves for invoking arguments that would support the fact that Chad would never commit such a crime against Sara. The bottom line is HE DID! Regardless of what their relationship has lead us to believe, a murder was committed and Chad confessed. Speculation that Chad was recently swinging the other way creates motive if it can be proven. They were seen as a loving and devoted family, and exposing his secret and destroying their family image as well as his own supports that motive. Furthermore, other events that occurred that haven’t been disclosed to the public would permit the D.A. to persuade capital punishment. I’m dumbfounded that Chad has only been charged with second degree murder. By the way, to whoever it was that stated this was not premeditated murder apparently doesn’t know what lies in the content. Premeditated murder is the justified charge when there is an attempt to dispose of the body in order to cover up murder. Disposal of a body proves that he knew what he had done was wrong. Maybe the events weren’t planned, but look at the steps that Chad took to cover up the murder. He strangled her, probably panicked, and then disposed of the body. Then he manipulated both of their families, and the community to believe that she was missing. He blatantly lied to everyone. If circumstances were different the charges would reflect. As Sara’s sister mentioned all WILL come out in the trial. I truly hope that Chad is prosecuted to the fullest extent within the confines of the law. Those of you that defended his actions should be enraged; if by nothing else the costs this is to you. I.e., manpower involved in the search, dogs, helicopter, etc. Who do you think pays for all of that? To anyone that was closer to Sara, please forgive me if anything I have stated has offended you for that was not my intent. If anyone is interested the definition for capital punishment in the state of Tennessee lies below (crimes that fit the punishment).

Definition of Capital Homicide

Offender over 18, victim under 12; previous felony convictions; great risk of death to multiple persons other than victim; employed or done for remuneration; especially heinous, atrocious or cruel; avoiding lawful arrest of defendant or another; in connection with any first degree murder, arson, rape, robbery, burglary, theft, kidnapping, aircraft piracy, bombing; committed while in lawful custody/confinement or escape from; committed against law enforcement officer, corrections person, firefighter engaged in duties, also judge, attorney general, district attorney, etc.(and formers) due to performance of duties; against elected official; "mass" murderer; mutilation of victim's body; victim was 70 or older or victim was particularly vulnerable due to disability; committed in course of terrorism

There is MORE to this story than some of you know. Chad did MORE than JUST KILL HER IN A RAGE. She was a beautiful woman, and it saddens me that this had to have happened. She's at peace now, and in a much better place thank goodness! Chad is a sick sick man, and I hope they punish and convict him.

Sarah was a great photographer. She had taken our family photos. From what I read on here and know about her seems everyone thought as i : she was a wonderful, caring woman. Anyonw know what happen to her little boy? I haven't heard if her parents were still living and could care for him. This is just so sad. I just don't understand why people want to do these type of things.

As President and Founder of the VIGILANTE COMMITTEE, I would like to invite the authorities to bring Chad to our "Mental Rehab Weekend Retreat" project. No worries, all expenses paid. We have a 100% ga-ron-tee, that the offender will experience exactly what they inflicted upon their victims. However, we DO NOT ga-ron-tee, that the offender will leave our sanctuary in the same matter as they first came in. If you may be so inclined to need more in-fo-mation, we be in tha book! ;)

I am simply offerin' a little assistance free of charge, seein' as how everone is in sucha financial strain these days. Our facilities are reminisant of that classic movie featuring Mr. Burt Reynold's paddlin' his lil' canoe down the river. So, if you here Banjo music.....well,(hehe) you might jus' wanna paddle a lil' faster! Why use my tax dollars to put this young man up at the Tennessee Hilton, when I am offerin' somethin' that needs no money. When you commit a crime such as this boy did, well, he needs a little down home rehabilitation to see the wrong in his way of thinkin' at the time of such a horrible act of mind malfunction. I can provide just such an adjustment, no charge. I bet he's got a perty lil' mouth!

Vigilante, you are funny. Too bad something like that couldn't really happen.

When is the trial going to be? Is it going to be here in Putnam County?

Randy York has got to go. He was a defense attorney before being appointed District Attorney. That'sa slap in the face to the victim and the family!

Chad Bell is my uncle. He isn't a "cold blooded killer". Im thirteen now ,so I was to young to really understand what happend at that time. Sarah and Chad were my bestfriends. I couldn't of asked for a better aunt and uncle.! Im not saying at all that what my uncle did was right. Im just saying ,If this was your family would you feel that your family member was still that "cold blooded killer?" No, you wouldn't. It's called unconditonal love. For those of you who were worrying about Landon at the time ,he is growing to be a very nice, smart ,and loveing young man. Our family may not be the perfect family ,but we love each other. Thank you to those who prayed for our families. Im not ashamed to be in this family. I saw that one member of our family was. That's okay. No one asked for this. I miss Sarah very much.! I remeber everything about her. I still love Chad ,no matter what. Somet things we can't change ,and that's when we take it to God. That's all I wanted to say.
