when is Tutco gonna hire the temps????

TN is a non right to work state and they don't have to hire you. They fired my wife for taking off as a temp when giving them a months notice in advance that she had to take off. The short answer is NEVER!

If there's sufficient reason to terminate someone, they have the right to do it and the holidays should have no bearing on it.

They axed Karen? OMG! Big time Butt kisser.Tim S-Supervisor, and Tonya S.-line leader. Tutco has a "no questions asked policy." They can get rid of you for no reason if they want.

Tutco doesn't hire temps because they would have to pay benefits.It's cheaper to have temps.

tonya didnt get fired. she quit..im sure if she had not quit they prob would have fired her, and as for tim he should have cared more about his job as supervisor and he would still have a job, and as for the temps..well if tutco was really doing good they may hire some..but the truth is they are not.. they are not making any money @ the west building..and that is where most of the temps work..also crankcase is moving to mexico so all those full time peolpe will needs jobs..tutco will not hire and more temps im sure of it..its sad because i know they are good workers..i do believe if the west building would have done better they would have hired more..but its to far gone now

temps and full time arent the problems. from my understanding, management is the problem. To many changes to often. They have a good thing and they will change it. They dont listen. They do their fake appreciation to their employees and then do whatever they want. All we are is a tax write off for smiths.

i never said the temps were the problem and yes it was the management fault,no one could figure out how to do the new business fast enough, they should have kept the guys from chicago on longer..they still cant get it right, they arent making any money @ west.they will not hire anyone else because they know its not going to make it much longer..its sad but this is the truth, i was told all west peolpe would be at the main plant before june.
