Seriously, how dumb are you?

The man runs a business, if you think he is doing a bad job, or greedy then by all means go start your own business and put him out of business, it's easy... right?

If you are unhappy with the wages, then perhaps you should look around. First, realize that a huge portion of the nation is unemployed, most of them low-skilled. So people will be happy to have a job, namely yours. If you are underpaid you should be easily able to find a higher paying job, do it already and stop whining like a kid.

Lastly, who has been getting raises in the last 4 years or so? The economy is in the toilet, businesses are making less money, their costs are going up, and you want to just demand more and more?

Perhaps there is nothing toward the Mackies personally. From what I know and gather they are good moral people and have provided opportunity to the cookeville area. Did anyone consider that it may be the people they got hired to run the place? Point the finger in the right direction b4 you make unpolished accusations.

I work there,my opinion after 16 years is that the Mackies are good people but are being led astray by incompetent managers.

I've heard that about that place. The night shift was really bad. One guy told me that the two managers on nights treat there employees like $hit. I've heard a lot about harassing employees is a problem there. I know times are tough but to me manager and employee should be treated with respect and moral in the workplace will always be good. Perhaps they need to go back to managers school for the gifted lol.

The Mackies are good people I know them and I'm sure if they knew about what was going on over there they would do something about it. I think they get a blanket over there head when they come to visit the warehouse.

There is problem in the night shift area but hey what company doesn't. I worked on nights 4 years ago. They didnt have much management except for one guy(no need to name names). The other guy was world class dummy and hear they got another worthless dummy. I found another job and went my own way. I had a few words with one of the bosses told him what I thought of a left.

Would love to work but the HR folks wont let me thru even tho I have good qualiftications and have warehouse experince and can handle and work thru BS and suck it up and not bitch and rant like the rest of these people that seem to run like hell once they land a night shift out there. Sounds like a bunch of pussies anyways they won't say why they won't hire me but I have a very good idea as to why they won't but I want to know if they're still rocking and taking orders via radio or did they ever finally update their crap to todays cutting edge technolgy setup like printin off orders or usin tablets to keep track of pallets or orders to build??? If so then maybe they will HIRE me on this time around...

First off I don't have a tablet... The HR lady was a pompous ass bitch when I was in there applyin for a job. No job is supposed to be fun nor "extremly liked" its work is it not? There's bullsh#t and drama in literally every workplace. Grow the fu#k up.
I bust my azz and work hard and have plently of good refs. I have plently of warehouse experince. I work hard and good under stress and face paced enviroments as well pick up the slack of other employees if needed and even go as far to doing administrative work for the plant managers like month end inventory etc even worked night shifts before! I also have a minor disablity that most likly hindered my chances of getting onboard out there which I could easily turn around and call them out on it and take them to court and wipe the shit out of their bank accounts and cause them to have layoffs and even possibly shut down and liquidation of Mackies assests. But I'm not a sue happy bastard and don't care bout that cause I WANT TO WORK HARD AND MAKE MONEY Enuf said.

People that just don't suck it up and work and be grateful for the $$ they're making there just need to GTFO.
