You were an innocent victim more than once. You should have never been put with your grandparents. Unfortunately, your grandparents are also responsible. Not trying to be mean but maybe this trauma explains why you do what you do today. I wish you had more respect for yourself and wish you had been treated with respect as a child. Looks like your family is toxic and people you should never be around.
As much as i do appreciate you understanding, it wasn't that instance that made me the way i am.

I DO agree my family is toxic though, i have cut all ties will all of them for the last few years.

here goes: Let's Play.
I'm the boss.
Economic times are Now more difficult.
The job market is Now more difficult.
I need one employee.
Two Apply.
Both are nice guys.
Both are well qualify.
One has a criminal record and is on probation.
The other has no criminal record, and never been in jail or trouble.
Who gets the Job?
End of story.
More than likely the person with a criminal record will be a better employee than the other person. It's still at least a 50/50 split.

I know a lot of sociopaths walking free that have never been in trouble but I would not spit on them if they were on fire.

I have a business but am working the hours at the time being, or I would definitely give someone on probation a shot.

I have a few ppl in my family okay almost everyone in my family have some kinda charge on them. Wether it be a felon or a misdamenaor. My point is that one is no better than the other they are all charges but you shouldn't be judge by them the way people judge. It's wrong and unfair I mean yea someone with an assault charge shouldn't work at a daycare or school but none the less someone that has a drug charge or something shouldn't be prevented from working at a convienant store or grocery store that is just stupid and very much so racial profiling if I've ever seen it kinda how ppl judge ppl by the color of their skin. Their is bad ppl in all colors and I don't give a rats as* if u are the eoe of a company that doesn't stop the fact that someone could pis* you off real good tonight and you knock the hell out of em? Do you automatically get fired or is that to judgemental?

Yes, they know. My husband is open and honset about it. Its not like he raped someone, or does drugs. He beat someone up! I mean, my gosh, it was a mistake that he is having to pay for. The system just screwed him over and is on probation for six years, which he really didn't deserve. Just because someone is on probation shouldn't mean they can't go to college. This world is getting rediculous! I just hope someone will give him a chance, and like you said THE_MAN, maybe he can start his own business! I will mention that! Then people won't always be on his case!! Thanks for the advice!
He beat someone up and the system screwed him over? LOL typicl perpetrator. It's never their fault.

well if you are inthe position you chose for. so i dont think people should feel sorry for you and give you a job. if you put yourself that low than you hae to start from the bottom and up.start mcdonalds, work for a year or more than go somewhere else, im sure after getting a good reference there theyll take you in. that how it is int his society.life is tough. thats how my hubby learned.

If you have a drug charge then NO WAY would I hire them at a grocery store or convient mart! They would be handling money and will steal you blind!!! How can you even begin to rationalize that I should "judge" what kind of employee they would make based upon what THEY have done!!! And I'm the bad guy??? I also am not ging to hire a loose cannon that is so unstable and undisciplined that they knock the hell out of someone because they get pissed off. I get pissed off but have yet to hit anyone. So I guess you think I'm judgemental because I choose to hire stable, disciplined people without drug problems? Maybe you should just raise your standards.

And maybe you shouldn't be such a judgemental a**hole just because someone does drugs or has done them or has a charge having to do with drugs DOES NOT mean that they are theives maybe you will go to Hell for being so judgemental. IDK LMAO

Ya think? Maybe you just have your head in the sand if you see no connection between a drug problem and thieves! And I'm the a**hole? Calling it like it is isn't judgemental. Maybe you shouldn't hide behind political correctness and deal with your drug problem! Wish you the best of luck but people bring drug problems on themselves and should bear full responsibility. Usuallu, no one ever makes you smoke, drink, or do drugs the first time. That is a choice and it is a choice to attempt to fit in with scumbags friends and be cool.
