My tummy just did a flip-flop. I'm going to have to exercise 24/7. So many donuts, so little time!

None of them!! It's just another place for the cops to hang out at. Cops and donuts to together.

I agree. I just don't see how Cookeville can support all these doughnut places, particularly when Ralph's is so dang good. Dunkin Donuts will do fine because they also have fresh bagels, muffins, and hot breakfast foods, and they have a cult following for their coffee. Big O looks like they just don't care anymore, and the new Cookeville Doughnuts place just isn't that good.

My take on this as well. I don't know why Big O is taking a nosedive and Cookeville Donuts, well not the best, but we shall see.

The only donut shop I have ever seen a cop hang out at would be Ralphs. Never seen one at Big O's. I think Big O's and Ralph's will be fine, but Starbucks may take a hit. A small one. I love Dunkin Donuts Coffee, but also love the Frappucinos at Starbucks. So I guess my new perch will be DD. I guess it really comes down to price though. The cost of how much things will be will depict who goes down first and the quality as well. We don't need more fast food joints, we need industry. Something that takes some skill and is willing to open a few factories in this area. Putnam County that is. Something that a bunch of hispanics couldn't do. That and something where they are willing to teach incoming employees instead of saying 1-3 years experience.

Doesnt matter. That piece of land is cursed. Think about how many businesses have been at that location. I give em 3 to 5 years max.
