Cardiologist arrested for third time

A Myrtle Beach cardiologist is in jail for a third time after two additional women came forward with allegations of sexual misconduct.

Take his license away and jail him, no bail. How many more women being assulted does it take the law to realize the doctor is a repeat offender. A cardiologist is a heart doctor. Seems to me he is more interested in other body parts than the heart.

Are you kidding me? One complaint, ok, MAYBE a disgruntled customer or a way to make a quick buck from the "doctor", but five? I always thought that three strikes you are out. Bye MR. Jaraki. You do not have a right to call yourself a doctor. As for The State Board of Medical Examiners, or as I refer to them, the "Good Ol' Boy Club" they need to stop protecting the bad ones. They should at least temporarily suspend these "professionals" from being in contact with patients whenever there is a reasonable amount of evidence to support the complaints. I think five complaints for unwanted sexual behavior (and a shop lifting charge pending) should be reasonable enough suspicion, even for the "Boys" Medical Board. You are just making yourselves look like you condone these kinds of actions and you are adding fuel to the fact that anything you say to the public goes unheeded because you obviously have poor judgement and no moral conscience. Why would we trust people who do not care that we are getting hurt because the Board of Medical Examiners want to protect their own kind instead of what they are supposed to do and that is protect us?

I still tend to wonder if the doc is truly a masher, or just the focus of a growing class action lawsuit. If he is shown to be innocent' the suit should reversed.

All of the body organs work in conjuction with each other and all are in some form or another related. I'm sure it was medically necessary for his hand to touch her genital area. In doing so his lips propably accidently brushed againt her breasts. It only appeared as though he had an erection. That was actually a medical examination tool in his pockets. So go easy on him.

When this first was reported, I said if it's not true, it's a sad day for the doc. If it's true, there will be others. There are others. I bet there will be many more. Notify the authorities in the cities he worked in prior to coming to Horry County. SC State Board of Medical Examiners, you need to investigate and give the public your findings.

Why would the women let it get far enough for this to happen? Seems to me that if I were to see a cardiologist, he would not be checking my genitals. Also, why would the women wait so long to come forth? Ridiculous!

You dam right larry. most of these women has no job, are on medicaid or none, has no property to go after, all of them I was told are on narcotics and drugs. Most of them were asked by the Jaraki's clinic to go and see other doctors. Two were denied disability claims. three are swing their jobs for alleged misfiring. one is suing insurance company for total disablity after a car accident at less than MPH rearended. many of them saw Dr. Jaraki for over a year and a half. some of them visited his office over three to four times a month. ayoung one of them smokes, drinks, and sleeps with just about any man she can get. they will be deposed and their dirty files will be brought o court. Their past and present will be called in. How can you blieve in their stories when they kept going back again and again, bringin in their relative to be checked by Dr. Jaraki. Some of them even sent him gifts and presents long after what they claim he did for them.

I guess these women are the ones who arrested him for shoplifting too. I get it. Some big conspiracy against him. You make me sick.

I am haapy to see someone with clear mind like you Think About It. The real loser will ultimately be women in general. From what I heard Jaraki will survive this very well. but think about the message this case will sends arround. First Doctors will be less likely to examin women likee us because thaey will be afraid of such claims. You know they already do not perform good exams especially to women. then it will makes women less credible when the real truth shows that these accusorer are bunch of liers. the medical coast will increase more and Doctors will have more staff to gard them than to help the patients. I knew that a Waccmo cardiologist is having now two women with him in the exm room instead of one. Dr. Jaraki is extremely well trained and helped all of his patients even those who accused him.

I wonder if each of these victims were receiving Omar's "magic shot" for their pain. Sounds like another Doctor pushing drugs for that repeat customer to me, but that's just my opinion.

I just don't understand anyone who would defend these women. I am a woman and this is just ridiculous. I do not believe these women for one second. If the doctor was truly sexually abusing them they should have done something about it then, not continue to see the doctor and pay him for his services and wait several years to start crying about it. Had I gone to a doctor and he did any of these things to me I would have knocked him on his a**, kick, screamed, clawed his eyes out and demand that the police be called and waited and watch while they took him off to jail. I do not want to hear they were scared or they had post tramatic stress syndrome or that everyone is not like me. These are the kind of women who make it hard for the women who have been truly abused. I do not know this doctor, never been to this doctor or know anyone that has been to this doctor but I do not believe that this is about anything but money or maybe the doctor lost interest in these women and it is pay back time. I am not saying he is a great guy or anything all I know is these women continued to see the doctor for long periods of time, and paid him for each visit while he sexually abused them. Come on people!!! I am sure I will get some nasty comments from people but that is ok.

How many times has your marvelous doctor been arrested for shoplifting? This guy has an illness. The doctor needs to see a doctor.
