People who engage children in any kind of sex, pictures, talk, action, etc. need to be dealt with harshly. Children are babes for a short time and they look to adults for guidence. Child porn is wrong in every sense. We need to protect our children with every thing we have. Change laws, put adults who think child porn is alright on a island by themseleves, what ever it takes.
