If I had my choice I would have DP&L and drop paulding putnam so fast it's not even funny. 100 degree temps and you tell us to hold tight? Get real this is dangerous for people don't tell us to make proper arrangements tell us when this will be solved.

My daughter wanted to know if we were to make FUNERAL arrangements. My husband is on oxygen & we are sweltering. I realize they can't go much faster, but it would be nice to have better updates.

Definitely agree. After hearing several rumors, the husband called in an effort to get info, and they either couldn't or wouldn't answer his questions. Just read to him what was on the web site. How are we supposed to weigh our options when we can't get even a ballpark figure of a time frame?

I feel so bad for you all still without power. It makes my 4 day power loss seem so petty to complain about.

Remember the time when the Phone company decided to bury the lines and asked Power company to go in on it?? I never Lost my land line ever since they did it!!! Power lost an uncountable times.

Isn't Paulding Putnam a co-op utility company? Meaning you get a check in January every year as your "part interest"? I believe my parents do. As a shareholder or invested party I would think you would have access to monthly meetings, board minutes etc. having this type of leverage may get some answers if a group of you get together.

my parents are still out and they were told this morning it won't be on until July 21. They are in the convoy area. I hope for them this isn't true.
