VANGUARD PLATING (CHROMED EVOULTIONS)921 b SOUTH fRAZIER CONROE TX 77302. IS A FRAUD COMPANY THAT HAS A GOOD PROFESSIONAL LOOKING WEB-SITE, BUT IS A ONE MAN DEAL. I SENT MY SWING ARM TO HIM TO BE CHROMED AND HE CALLED AND TOLD ME IT'S DONE, SO I PAYED HIM AND ITS BEEN MONTHS NOW HE DOESN'T ANSWER HIS PHONE. I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ITEM. POLICE HAVE CALLED HIM BUT CAN'T DO ANYTHING, SO I AM GOING TO BE PRESSING CHARGES. DO NOT CONSIDER HIM FOR CHROMING YOUR PART CAUSE YOU WONT GET IT BACK, AND HE'LL MAKE IT SOUND LIKE IT'S DONE AND READY TOO SHIP AND EVEN TAKE THE MONEY FROM YOU. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT SEND THIS MAN ANYTHING!!!!!

FIRST OF ALL, THIS IDIOT KIDS SWINGARM WAS MADE OF MAGNESIUM, AFTER I TRIED TO PLATE IT 3 TIMES I SENT IT TO 2 OTHER CHROME SHOPS AND THEY FAILED. WE REPOLISHED IT AND HIS FATHER PICKED IT UP. HIS CREDIT CARD WAS REIMBURSED JUST LAST WEEK.YES THE POLICE CAME OUT SAW THE SWINGARM AND CALLED THIS IDIOT BACK AND TOLD HIM TO RELAX. HE BOTHERED THEM CONSTANTLY UNTIL THEY TOLD HIM TO SHUT UP. HE GOT HIS PARTS AND HIS MONEY AND AN APOLOGY A GOOD OL TEXAS ASS KICKIN IS NEXT BECAUSE HE IS A PUNK.

Vanguard plating is the most fake shop on the internet. He will tell you that he chromes, but his shop is so ran down. The only thing he can do is polish. Do not send anything there! I live in Seattle WA, sent my part there paid him and he wouldent send it back, or answer my calls. So we had to go all the way to Texas, to recive it and he did nothing to it. He took my money, don't get caught up in his web page. He is nothing but a low life!. Who puts a bad name to texas business, read his reviews, there all negative no possitive.

AFTER A 1000 PHONE CALLS FROM THIS FAGGOT KID , WE FINALLY TOLD HIM TO QUIT CALLING. HIS SWINGARM OFF HIS BIKE WAS MADE OF MAGNESIUM WE TOLD HIM THAT NUMEROUS TIMES. HIS FATHER WAS IN TOWN PICKED UP THE SWINGARM WITHOUT ANY SORT OF NEGATIVITY , EXPLAINED WHY WE CANT PLATE MAGNESIUM AND OFF HE WENT. THIS DAVID FAGGOT FROM WASHINGTON NEEDS TO COME DOWN HERE PERSONALLY, BUT I DOUBT HE WILL. AS FAR AS A RUN DOWN SHOP, WE ARE NOT. IVE BEEN IN BUSINESS 7 YEARS WITH MINIMAL COMPLAINTS,I HAVE HUNDREDS OF CUSTOMERS RANGING FROM SMALL COMPANIES TO LARGE WHO SUPPORT MY SHOP CONSISTENTLY. IF THIS LITTLE PIMPLE OF A KID GOT HIS FEELINGS HURT, WE APOLOGIZE ,BUT OUR QUALITY OF WORK IS OUTSTANDING, WE CANNOT PLEASE EVERYONE, HOWEVER WE TRY. WE ARE NOT ALWAYS RIGHT IN FEW CASES, BUT THIS KID GOT HIS PART BACK AND HIS MONEY. HE IS A YOUNG, DUMB KID AND THINKS THAT BY BASHING OUR GOOD NAME WILL MAKE HIM FEEL LIKE A MAN, WRONG. TRY GROWING UP PUNK ONE DAY YOULL WHILE YOUR MOWING SOMEONES GRASS YOULL UNDESTAND, BUT UNTIL THEN SHUT THE FUCK UP.

All of the reviews above ^^^ are from the "Owner" himself. If YOU were an owner of a so called "Professional Shop" wouldn't you think it would be in your BEST interest to just leave the reviews alone that you receive on the interenet RATHER than "bad talk" about one of your OWN customers and FIGHT back as if it were SOME kind of WAR?? It's common BUSINESS sense to put the Customers ideals first & deal with them in a TIMELY and Professional fashion (THIS GUY DOESNT EVEN ANSWER YOUR CALLS!!)!!! By typing your OWN "perspective" about YOUR BUSINESS as such^^ after reading BAD reviews about you AND your company, your taking your own potential customers away! Who wants to be a customer, or "potential" customer of THIS GUY from the way that he is saying bad things about his past customers? No one wants to deal with a Jerk..If you WERE "professinal" you wouldn't write ANYTHING on these reviews DEFENDING yourself( because you know you FUCKED up) and would just let it be. You on your own are creating BAD reviews about YOURSELF by writing nasty things and calling people PUNKS. If YOU "the owner" were in the same position as these customers writing bad reviews, Im sure you would also COMPLAIN about not getting your stuff back or getting it back damaged!! FOR ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS: Please, I am WARNING you, think twice and maybe FIVE TIMES before sending anything to this shop!! I'm sure from reading these reviews to and from the owner you've ALREADY MADE the RIGHT decision but SERIOUSLY JUST TO CLARIFY you WONT GET YOUR SHIT BACK or IT'LL FOR SURE BE DAMAGED IF YOU DO GET IT BACK!! thnkx

I sent my lower cowl to Vance and returned it fully chromed and it was PERFECT!
