State Police have charged a 31-year-old woman with stealing a debit card and making a one-hundred dollar withdrawal.
Troopers allege that Georgette Fleeger took the card from a home in the Hooker area, this past Sunday, while Fleeger was visiting at the victim's home.
Fleeger has a West Sunbury address.
