Why do people in Connersville think that an alley is a parking lot??
I have driven down two different alleys today, only to discover a car sitting blocking it, and no owner in sight. I thought it was against the law to block an alley, except for delivery trucks, etc.

Your user name says it all about you, honey. I'm just asking other people's input about the subject. If you don't have anything constructive to add to the topic, then STHU!!

What about that family that parks in the lines at Walmart instead of the handicap parking spots? OMG it makes me so mad. Everytime I go to Walmart they are there and parked in an area that was not meant for parking. Yesterday they pulled right into the lined area when there was a handicap space open on both sides of where they parked. Then they get out and high tail it as fast as they can into the store so obese guy can hurry and get an electric wheel chair. I don't know their names, but the woman is the daughter of the Wells guy that owns the fabric store. They look like they never bathe. I just can't believe people can be so freakin lazy they can pull into a parking spot or think they are so special that they don't have to. I said something to the girl at the counter and she said "I know we have lots of complaints, but they won't move". They need to call the police and have them ticketed. Ok, I am done ranting now, but dang! it makes me mad.

I live on a 'short alley', 3 houses that are 'connected' to it. We [me, my neighbors, and some visitors] do it all the time!
There is really very little need for anyone else to use this alley [or most other alleys]. We are very suspicious of anyone we don't recognize coming down our alley- the intruder is more likely to be run off than the vehicle in the alley.
If you don't live on it, don't use it, and don't worry about it.

They drive a dark colored SUV and they have 2 small boys. The girl I talked to at Walmart said they are in there every day. A lot of times they don't even buy anything, they just wonder around the store for hours. She pushed the boys in a cart and he rides around on that electric wheelchair and if it's not fully charged when he gets it he will make them charge it and come back.

The alleys I'm discussing are downtown, between Central and Eastern. From 5th St to 10th St.

Starting June 21 city police will be targeting vehicles that are improperly parked in alleys.

the girls name is Rebecca wells. She is 31. And he looks like he hasn't bathed in years. Typical connrsville trash. Plain and simple. They drive a small black suv. If u see them, cut em off, then flip em off, and run them into a tree or ditch. Do this town a favor!!!!!
