we always get more out of ours in Richmond, on the south side of town, the recycling center...i think last summer they were paying twice what connersville was...we turned in about 20 bags of crushed cans and got about 100 dollars. hope this helps!

The recycling center in Richmond I believe is the highest paid per pound. All metal has dropped in the last two years, so the price now is pretty low

I enjoy tying a can to my rear bumper and watching unemployed people try to catch it as I race down Park Road. Hilarious!

You might want ot calculate the cost of driving to Richmond. Might actually net more money by selling them for less money in Connersville. Just a thought.

geeeee, gosh, golly, i never would have thought of that...last time we went we would have been paid $38 in town or $102 in Richmond, you do the math, truck only took $7 to go there and back, so I think we did OK

the best thing to do is call both places, then decide where to go. That's what we did the last time. Richmond was only a few cents higher and we didn't have alot of cans. the trip wouldn't have been worth it.

No need to be so sarcastic...LOTS of people do not think about that and many times the payoff is not that far apart. I don't understand why people cannot just be nice to each other instead of always spouting off rude comments...
