You think that Indiana has ever made a difference. Indiana is viewed by Republicans as a dumb farmer state. Those hayseeds will vote for Republicans anyway. Look at how low they are in education ranking. Democrats rarely spend any time or money here to convince a bunch of dumbass group of hayseeds. The Middle Class and poor have had to educate themselves. The rich didn't they had it given to them.

I will tell you that in 2008 all the Republicans who lost money in the Stock Market and 401k's and IRA"s were scared to death to vote Republican again. If you don't believe me look at the history of the stock market. Now that they have got it back and stock is recovered they now run back to the Republican side. They got their money back and the National debt paid the price. They don't want their taxes raised now to help pay down the National debt nor pay for the wars Bush/Cheney started and never paid for. These people with the money are selfish people. They care only for their pocket books, period.

When I rolled my 401k into an IRA, some of my funds transfered as cash reserves. With the market as volatile as it was a year ago, I left my cash as cash. My blended funds lost, and my cash grew, so I'm down about 5%(I got a paper statement in the mail this week). I've been afraid to look at my husband's 401k; however, he is almost 20 years from retirement so is currently buying low - the market isn't going to stay depressed.

BTW - the market was fine until the Democrats took control of Congress in January of 2007. Bush is only one guy, so this is not all his fault (although he can be blamed for a few other things).

Factual now writes: I am going to say this again for all you fools out there. The DEMOCRATS TOOK OVER CONGRESS IN JANUARY 2009 AND HELD IT FOR 2 YEARS. PRIOR TO JANUARY 2009 THE REPUBLICANS AND BUSH HAD TOTAL CONTROL FOR 8 LONG YEARS. THE REPUBLICANS HAVE NOW TAKEN CONTROL OF THE 'HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES' IN JANUARY 2011. THE DEMOCRATS STILL HAVE 57 IN THE SENATE.

THE STOCK MARKET AND JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING ELSE WENT TO HELL IN A HAND BASKET IN 2008. THE REPUBLICANS CONTROLLED IT ALLLLLLLLL. "Wake up people"

I fear what's ahead if Obama is in office again. Our country, and my hard working family, is in dire straights. Obama has changed things, that's true...he has put our country in deeper debt than what it was when he "inherited" it. Romney, a TRUE American, has more interest in making our hard working middle class successful again. Say what you want to say, but it's from the grace of God that we even have a choice, and for that reason, I am blessed.

One person asking where he/she can obtain a Romney sign for his yard gets this kind of idiocy from the left? This says a lot for the "new" left. Alinsky would be so proud of you!

"American democracy is being altered by Alinsky's ideas," and conservative author William F. Buckley said he was "very close to being an organizational genius."

That statement coming from Buckley must have happened when he was drunk.

william f buckley was a righteous thinker.
there.
i said something good about a republican.
buckley was so intelligent, im gonna guess he would find many populating the right wing today to be either frightening or laughable.
